Great service, amenities, and location! There’s a tour desk that can help with planning tours and the hotel has everything you need to have a great relaxing stay. I appreciated the little things such as disposable toiletries, cell charger, pajamas, slippers, small store, restaurant / bar, etc… the spa and bath is also located indoor along with an outdoor pool. We rented a car which helped get around the island and location is convenient to drive to the port to take the ferry if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

The scenery is good and the service is exhausted. My husband is also very satisfied with the coffee service in the lobby and the ice cream after the bath in the large communal bath. The three restaurants for breakfast and dinner are very delicious. It is a big hotel, but there are two elevators and coin laundry is enough. There is no porter service, and if you only change towels for room cleaning, you can get a ticket for 1,000 yen per night, and the cospa is good. When I asked for a wheelchair rental, the Welfare Council rented it for free, which helped my elderly mother move. I can't swim on the beach, but it doesn't matter because I dive. It was the best hotel that was clean and easy to spend.

This hostel, although a bit far from the station, but the accommodation experience is great, come to Shilu tour, just walk to see, if you don't mind walking a few more steps, you can consider staying at this hostel, there is a kitchen in the common area, you can simply cook, Tea can be taken out of the refrigerator and drunk at will. There is a tatami area for guests to watch TV. There are many books for everyone to read, um you need to understand Japanese. Very clean hostel, very organized.

市役所が移転し周囲にそう高層ビルがあるわけではないが繁華街、町の中心である。西隣のフクギは鳥居があるから御嶽ではなく神社、南にファミマがあって便利至極。スーパーホテルグループ４番目とかのホテルらしい。経営方針や設備更新の変化対応は大変だったろう。現在グループの売りである温泉は無い。多分開店当時も八重山では家庭ではシャワーで、浴槽さえも普及していなかったので当然であっただろうか。今回コロナ対応の最新対策は面倒で、申請が集中したのかうまくいかなかったが、ホテルでステイナビに申請してくれた。海の眺望にこだわったりいろいろと時間経過を感じたりもするが、石垣島では気楽なホテルとして付き合えそうに思う。周囲にはいろんな店舗などが存在するようだ。とりわけ出来た頃から知る「やっぱりステーキ」が近いのがいい。

I arrived early, but they were able to let me check in early, which was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a bit of a walk from the terminal, so it may be difficult to get around when it's raining.

It is suitable for both short and long stays. The location is a bit far from the city, but it is just on the side of the ANA Continental Ishigaki (walk ３ minutes), so the bus from the airport is convenient and the bus to the city is convenient. Also, I saw the fireworks at night in the ANA Intercontinental, and enjoyed the new year's day and the new year's day fireworks! The basic amenities were firm and the bed was very good! The bathtub in the bath was also large and it was good to put the foot on it! I booked early and stayed across the end of the year and the beginning of the year, but I was able to stay at a break that did not exceed 18000 yen for ３ nights! I bought a ５ day Michikusa Free Pass (2000 yen) because the car rental decreased sharply in the corona and it was difficult to book! (１ days and 1000 yen) Because it exceeds 500 yen only by airport round trip, it was possible to go to Kawahira Bay via the city, and it is a fairly good ticket! In the present age when you can search for bus time with a map app, there was no inconvenience to sightseeing. The bus stop, which is not an ANA continental stone wall, is in front of Tokushukai Hospital (less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel). It was also an airport line, so it was convenient to go to the airport & to the city!

Thank you for your new year trip. I completely forgot to arrange a car rental, and it was expensive, so eventually I went to Ishigaki Island without a car rental. Take the bus from the airport and get off at maeiri Higashi, and it is a hotel in front of you. It is the next bus stop of interconchi. It was very helpful because it was free of charge for rental cycle ４ hours at the hotel. I was grateful to have been borrowed the day I checked out. I cycled to Fusaki Beach (laughs) The room was refreshing and spacious. It is clean because it is shallow. Breakfast is free. it was quite good though the number of items was small. Pancakes and jam were delicious (∀｀*) You can walk to Maesato Beach, but it's not very clean, and I was a little disappointed. There was a restaurant in walking distance 々, but it's open on New Year's Day. Is it or not? (￣▽￣;) The cost performance was very good. Thank you.

A few years ago, I stayed at the ANA Continental Club Building, and it was a dream stay in every respect. This time, I was traveling alone, so I saved a little and stayed in the Ocean Wing. Since the price is different, it's inevitable that the rooms are slightly different, but is it really okay for the staff skills to be so different? It's the same ANA Continental Hotel, right? The staff at check-in was the worst. Anyway, they always spoke half-heartedly and were not very clear. They didn't repeat what I said. As a result, they didn't even make the reservation I asked them to make. I would like to think that the other staff have more skills, but I was shocked because I was excited and had high hopes. I also work in the service industry. Let's put ourselves in each other's shoes and hone our skills even more.

Traveling alone, looking for a cheaper and private accommodation because of the long stay. Finally found this guest house more than I did. Everything except the room is shared, such as the bathroom, bathroom, kitchen, washing machine. Feels a bit like a university dormitory. There is also a small refrigerator, separate air-conditioning and TV in the room. There is no cleaning service during the stay. Garbage can be thrown into the garbage can in the kitchen. Most of the rooms are single rooms, and a few are double rooms with double beds. This is concentrated on the 2nd floor. On the first floor, it seems that there is one or two suites with bathrooms. The parking spaces can be booked by email in advance (500yen a day) and the relevant emails and official websites may be found in Japanese in search engine. There is a convenience store behind the hotel, the drugstore is very convenient and cost-effective. Walking near the pier and the public facilities market is not too far, but the sun is a bit sun. Also, the navigation system can't find the hotel, you have to type the name of the hotel or phone to find the direction of navigation. Stayed here for seven days, some days did not go out at all in the hotel to enjoy a very quiet day, very few people nearby, cars, can enjoy the quiet Hong Kong did not.

GGuest UserHotel is located on the south of the island which is about 20-30mins away from the airport. It is somewhat near to the port (where the ferry services to other islands are provided) but it still take about 10mins of walking. Not the nearest in terms of accessibility to bus stops/ports/convenience stores as well. Hotel has bikes that can be rented but you’ll need to have some application that the locals use, otherwise the nearest bicycle rental shop can be found on the way to the port. Hotel can also help to dial for taxis if needed. Room has a washing machine that works well and the drying machine is usually available for use. Loved the breakfast at this hotel - from local ishigaki style rice, yaeyama noodles, sorbet to sashimi I looked forward to eating breakfast everyday. Hotel is clean and also has a working electrical induction stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Only gripe would be the location from the port and/or most of the other local attractions located at the north/central of the island. Generally I enjoyed my stay here and the hotel staff were helpful and kind.

OoscarsiljebrandNice and modern hotel with big rooms with two seperate (did not find one big bed) beds, big shower room, nespresso coffe, air condition but with uncomfortable quilts in the beds. You got 1000 JPY to buy for at the hotel area if you didnt want cleaning, nice environmental aspect. We stayed here in the first week of jan. The bech was really nice, about 20-22 degrees in the ocean and 23 in the air and very nice staff at the Beach station that offered beach watch/guard and several different ocean activities. The sunset was beautiful and the ocean water so clean. Good sun beds. Free shuttle bus from airport and about 1.500 JPY, 20 min, taxi ride to the small city of Ishigaki. The food was really nice, both breakfast and dinner buffet. The dinner buffet was somewhat expensive. 5500 JPY. Generally very friendly staff and plenty of staff working there The bad aspects that lowers the overall grading down to almost 3/5 was that the pool area and the pool bar was closed even though the weather was nice. Also, 3 out of 5 restaurants was closed giving less options for eating! This was low season, but not reason enough for closing the pool area. The experience would have been so much better with open pool and pool bar. We could get late check out but to a price of 2000 JPY per hour (!), you might have thought that could have been free because of the low season and the low amount of guests. All over the hotel the english translations was limited and another facilty you thought should have existed but didnt was training facilities. Overall a nice place on a really nice location with some important service aspects to improve.

吴吴Stayed for 3 nights and was very satisfied. 1. In the middle of the airport and the city, it is very suitable for renting a car here, free parking at the door of the room, very quiet at night. 2. One-bedroom and one-living townhouses, as well as a separate outdoor yard with bathtub where you can engage in barbecue, the space is very large. 3. The newly opened hotel is very clean and hygienic. The bathroom has a bathtub and 6-piece Shiseido. 4. The hotel’s restaurant has a Japanese set meal for 1,000 yen, which tastes good.

吴吴The room is very small, the facilities are very old, the front desk lady is good in English, giving advice on various trips and attractions. The location is very good, go out to eat, go for five minutes is the drug store. Going to the dock is also very close, about 5 minutes. Very suitable for backpackers or self-driving, there is still a distance from the attractions. Recommended Chuanping, the beach is particularly beautiful, you can make an appointment to go diving or snorkeling in advance, there should be high visibility.

GGuest UserI was taken care of by my husband and wife to Misaki Kan twin. I was taken care of because it was in front of the remote island terminal port for sightseeing around Iriomote Island, Taketomi Island and Yufu Island. It is located in the city and is convenient without transfer from Ishigaki Airport to the front of the hotel by the route bus. Because the downtown is close, the place to eat is also from the Shimazawa live tavern to Ishigaki beef Yakiniku, burger shop 🍔, etc. The room felt a bit narrow, but it was clean and it was new or renewed. There was a bath separately and it was a little crowded, but I was able to take a bath comfortably. My wife was on the bathtub in the room 🛀. On the 1 floor, there were mini convenience stores, restaurants and taverns, which were more comfortable than poor resort hotels.

It is more inconvenient for me personally to store my luggage before the check-in time, and the password lock of the room cannot be used smoothly.

KKIMIHARUIt's a little far from the remote island terminal, the bus center, and the downtown area, but it's not too far to walk. It's a good distance away, so it's quiet and relaxing. It's also convenient that there's a convenience store right in front of it. There is a large public bath, and you can choose your shampoo and other items, and they also provide a welcome drink. I think it's good value for money.

GGuest UserThe room with a relaxing clean and liberation was very relaxing. Breakfast is buffet style and has many menu. The bath was also spacious and the check-out was slow at 11 o'clock, so I could feel more value than the price. Also, I didn't use it because the check-in time was late, but I thought that there was a large bath and I would like to use it next time. The distance from the remote island terminal is about 2 km.
