The hotel is nice, newly decorated and good value

Great hotel. We arrived late but checking was very smooth. Staff very friendly. We loved the free sparkling water and ice. We would stay again.

Hotel Bootcamp is a wonderful hotel. The rooms a little small, but clean. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the decor was modern. The room had all the amenities one needs, like a water kettle. The bathroom was well equipped with a hair dryer and towels, and the shower was nice. The hotel itself is located and the end of the Mairie d’Issay line, which is outside the main city of Paris. However, it’s close to the metro station and is easy to get to by foot from the metro. If you stay in this area, it takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the tourist areas of Paris. I did not try to the optional, non-complimentary breakfast, as the area around it has good breakfast alternatives nearby. They do have free coffee and water as well in the lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the reception is 24 hours.

Stayed for 3 nights here and it is just a basic hotel. Rooms are basic and acceptable for the price. Lights are very dim but not sure if this is the same for the other rooms. Location is very convenient, just a 5 mins walk to metro line 12. Front desk will be there if u have queries and it felt like service there is non-existent. Good for a fuss free stay for the price but don't have high expectations.

Clean. Spacious. The location was close to the Metro. Transportation is not a problem.

I was staying in the hotel Bootcamp two times, in February and April. During my stay in February there was no problems, room was clean and workers on the reception desk was very friendly, so i decide to stay in hotel Bootcamp second time. Before check in 27.April i payed prepayment on Trip.com online and needed to pay only city tax during check in, but front desk worker did not noticed that i payed prepayment and charged from me full amount. ( hotel price+city tax) So he promised me that on 29th of April, when the manager will be on duty, they will do a refund to my bank card. Till today i still did not receive my money back. Hotel replied on my e-mail once, that they have already made a refund and when i asked to send me a proof of transaction they are ignoring me. I called the hotel last week and they told me that will solve my problem. But nothing happened. I am still waiting for my refund, almost one month.

It's okay, but very small room.

Quite roomy for Paris hotel. Quiet and easy access to Metro station .. About 100 meters from the hotel. Marie de Issy station end of Metro 12 line

Very good price and service. Rooms comfortable although toilet a bit old specially the hairdryer. Receptionists amazing.

Okay for 1 night, good location, not as clean as I’d like, rooms a bit musty.

The room pretty small but the location is excellent. Just next to the metro. We can easily take train from the airport to the hotel

The hotel provides free drinks is good. The receptionists are super nice and helpful.

The front desk is very good! The environment is also very good! It exceeded expectations! It was just that the elevator was under repair when I went there, so it was a little inconvenient to go upstairs. There is a No. 12 subway next to it, which is convenient to go to the city center, but it also takes about 30 minutes. There are two supermarkets nearby where you can buy food and drinks!
