Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn for its location.my late check-in and 3N- stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

The staff here was absolutely AMAZING. From the time I got there til checkout they always had my best interest in mind. Regardless of the language barrier they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Special thanks to Gizem who took care of me every night for dinner and her manager musa. They made me feel at home. Look forward to coming back with my wife.

The hotel is in the seaside port of Turaz, a few meters away from the sea, convenient transportation is very close to the road traffic, very close to the train station, very convenient to travel, in all directions

The front desk is very professional and polite, the food in the restaurant is also good, the location is a bit out of the way, not easy to take a taxi

Nice hotel is remote, but the subway station is very convenient in the past, hotel facilities and services are good

We absolutely loved our stay at the Radisson Blu. All staff were extremely friendly. Room was cleaned daily. Room was spacious, lovey balcony (except the pigeons!!), and brilliant shower room. Pool area is in the process of being upgraded, but it didn’t affect our stay. Room service was very efficient and the food was amazing. We’ll definitely be back for another relaxing break.

Da es sich um ein Hotel handelt, können Sie im Spa ein Yuebilic-, Ganud-Bad oder eine Sauna nehmen. Das Personal des Hotels ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch Sauberkeit und Essen sind gut. This is my 25th visit to Istanbul and my first stay in this strange hotel. We arrived yesterday and there was no one to receive us; we had to wait for a couple of minutes until someone showed up. The man at the front desk was quite confused about our reservation. We had already paid in advance for our reservation and showed tht vouchers but he was asking for money even though it was sorted out after a while. This morning when we went for breakfast, the variety was very low. Then I asked for Menemen ( a famous Turkish dish usually served for breakfast made of eggs and tomatoes) the girl said that they can do it for extra charge. You never ever hear this from any other hotel in istanbul even 2 star ones. I’ve stayed in many different hotels here but this was absolutely ridiculous. Funnier than that was when I asked for a bottle of water and again I had to pay. Then I asked them to put the menemen and the water on my room bill but they said it’s impossible so I paid right then. Now listen to this: tonight, I called the room service and asked for a plate and a knife. The man on the phone said he’d do it for 100 TL. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 Lastly, The toiletries in the bathroom are expired and have turned to disgusting thin liquid. If you book this hotel, you’ve thrown your money away. However, the only positive thing about the hotel is the nice staff who politely keep saying: sorry but it’s impossible. It’s late at night and I’m too sleepy to go through other detailed stuff. This is a 4 star hotel, not deserving even 1.

A very convenient hotel if you need to stay overnight between flights. The airport is within walking distance, literally 3 minutes walk. The rooms are not the first freshness, but everything is very clean!
