I felt good from the start because the service and kindness were good. The room condition was also clean, so I was really satisfied during my trip. It was a lodging. Even if I come again, I am willing to book again.

It is very pleasant to see young people doing a good job. Polite, smiling and willing to serve their customers. The hotel is in a very good location a few meters from Istiklal and close to Taksim Square. The room is large and spotless. Every day they cleaned the room and changed the towels. At the bar they also made nice spaghetti with fresh pasta. We were completely satisfied with our stay here.

We stayed in a quadruple room, new and large, which overlooked the street from which you can see Istikal Street, as the hotel is located around the corner of the liveliest street in Istanbul. People and movement until late at night with clubs, restaurants and shops open until night. But despite this, the room was always clean and tidied up daily and stocked with clean towels, shampoo and shower gel and was perfectly soundproofed. Air conditioning works and can be changed manually according to preferences. I thank all the staff who were always helpful and smiling in everything, from coming to meet us for breakfast, to giving timely directions for getting around this enormous city. Fresh bottles of water were in the fridge when we arrived, and they were replenished every day. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. The hotel has a reception always open with an adjoining bar and tables in the characteristic street where you can sit and sip a coffee or tea, and also the possibility of eating a good plate of pasta.
