I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel provided no assistance or refund when I couldn't access the property due to road closures on Labor Day. They failed to inform me about the situation in advance and seemed more interested in taking my money than offering any support or understanding.

A nice hotel with daily room cleaning. Although it is located in a less touristy area, it has very good transportation links to all of Istanbul, being within a few minutes walk to Yenikapi metro station and a main road for buses. Special thanks to all the staff who were always very caring, attentive and friendly.

I have been 5 nights with my family in hotel. It was very clean and friendly staffs. Breakfast was very various, delicious and fresh. Thanks for head shef,Nadira for preparing delicious foods! Special thanks to the receptionists, they helped for everything that find public transport, see sight places!

Everything was perfect, only thing is breakfast need to improve

The hotel is in the old European city, close to the residential area, about a few hundred meters away from the tram station, and one or two stops away from the scenic area to the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, the Old Royal Palace, etc., which is very convenient for travel. However, the room size is still quite cramped, and there is basically not much space, but the price is still good for this location.

The location is good, right next to the M2 subway station and not far from the strait on foot! The parking boss will find a way, free of charge. Chinese people may not be used to eating breakfast!

We were there with my family in early October 2024. The hotel is beyond praise for this money! Very friendly staff, especially Abdulkarim - a wonderful person, attentive and responsive. He helped us find a pharmacy on duty at night (we urgently needed it). The rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is upstairs on the open terrace. The hotel has a convenient location, public transport, shops (only the area is not the cleanest, but the hotel has nothing to do with it). In general, we did not regret our choice at all. Abdulkarim - special thanks to you for your kind attitude! I recommend the hotel!

The room was a bit small, but very clean, the breakfast was rich, the rooftop view was great, and the people were nice!

The hotel is okay. Breakfast is served on the rooftop balcony with a nice view, but parking is difficult.

I stayed at a hotel for my last night in Turkey. I liked the location. It was very close to the subway station and the airport bus station. There is a supermarket nearby and a noodle shop run by Xinjiang people. It was so comfortable to have a Chinese taste for the last meal. But the neighborhood is a bit chaotic. It’s best not to go out at night.
