Everything was good. I'd especially like to highlight the delicious breakfasts. The variety and taste were truly top-notch. The location is also great. It's really close to the metro, the T1 line, and the airport bus. I would definitely come back to this hotel again without a second thought.

Good locations near from everywhere

Someone previously commented that early check-in was possible around 8 AM, but that's no longer the case. The hotel now strictly enforces a 2:00 PM check-in time. While this is a reasonable policy, it's worth clarifying to avoid any misunderstandings. The biggest issue with this hotel is the extreme noise. It was impossible to sleep due to the street noise, even at 3 or 4 AM. Then, around 4 or 5 AM, a loud speaker started blaring. After just one night, I won't be staying here again.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel provided no assistance or refund when I couldn't access the property due to road closures on Labor Day. They failed to inform me about the situation in advance and seemed more interested in taking my money than offering any support or understanding.

A nice hotel with daily room cleaning. Although it is located in a less touristy area, it has very good transportation links to all of Istanbul, being within a few minutes walk to Yenikapi metro station and a main road for buses. Special thanks to all the staff who were always very caring, attentive and friendly.

I have been 5 nights with my family in hotel. It was very clean and friendly staffs. Breakfast was very various, delicious and fresh. Thanks for head shef,Nadira for preparing delicious foods! Special thanks to the receptionists, they helped for everything that find public transport, see sight places!

Everything was perfect, only thing is breakfast need to improve

Pros: Friendly reception staff. Good breakfast (lentil soup was always available, main courses varied, salads plentiful, cheeses and cold meats available), and housekeeping (good quality). The location is a 10-minute walk from the Yenikapi metro station. The area is not for everyone; there's plenty of food near the hotel, but the clientele is very mixed (many are Africans). There are BIM and Sok supermarkets nearby. Currency exchange is also available.

The rooms are small but lovely, the front desk service is good, and they greet guests when they see them. The hotel's buffet breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options, mostly European style. The rooms are cleaned daily, but the sheets are not changed. The hotel facilities are acceptable, and the location is ideal, just a 300-meter walk from the subway station. It can be said to be an ideal hotel for short-term business trips and vacations. I hope that the sheets can be changed at least every two days, that would be even better.

A small, cozy room. Everything is generally clean, but a little worn. The only downside is the noise level: you can hear everything from the hallway and the street, especially at night.

The hotel meets the price-quality criteria. The staff is polite and friendly. It's clean and cozy. The breakfasts are decent. The metro is a 2-minute walk away, and the tram is a 5-7-minute walk away. Yenikapı Port is also nearby. The only downside is that passersby listen to music and sing songs at night, keeping you awake.

Excellent hotel, amenities 4 due to the small living space, but this is more a problem with my height (190 cm), it’s a bit uncomfortable to move around
