I recommend this hotel. It's comfortable and located in the city center. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small.

The hotel has a very small check in counter. The elevator can only fit one large bag and a single person. Receptionist gave us a wrong room initially then changed it the next day to a larger size which is in my booking. Window door cannot shut, it was very cold heater didn't work well. TV is practically useless coz no channels streaming is functioning. Adapter to charge mobile phone not provided. Overall not a happy stay and will not recommend to anyone because a lot of options available in the same area.

Located 5 mins from Taksim Subway station. The hotel is modern and clean. If you are booking the economy room it is really small with 2 large suitcases. Suggest to book the standard double room if you have lots of luggage. We enjoyed our stay here. Even though hotel is close to the mosque, we did not experience loud prayer sounds.

Excellent place, lovely staff. Check-in was a bit long, because we arrived earlier than it was expected, but the staff made everything possible to check us in as soon as possible. The room was clean and nice, we only missed one thing - chair. I guess, in another type of room there could be chair, but we didn't have one. Breakfasts were tasty, everything in the restaurant was clean. Hotel is placed near the metro station Taksim, which is very close to Istiklal st and very convinient. There is also a little supermarket near to the hotel with everything you might need (drinks, food, souvenirs, hygiene)

The elevators are quite small, making it difficult to fit big bags comfortably. Additionally, the economy room is very compact, with limited space to move around or open luggage fully. Overall, it’s suitable for short stays or light packers, but travellers with large suitcases may want to consider upgrading to a bigger room or be prepared for tighter spaces.

The room size isn't 25 square meters; it's visually less than 15 square meters. The information on Trip.com is incorrect and should be updated. The hotel's location is great, right next to Taksim Square.

I stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights! I asked them to refund one 3rd night that I booked by mistake next month but they refused to do so! Their customer service is terrible and they don’t even communicate or know how to communicate. The room Flooded with water while we were showering! The small room is terrible, you barely have space for your legs. You cannot even put your luggage.
