The room was decent, and all the toiletries were provided. My only minor complaint is that the floor was a bit low, so the view wasn't great. However, getting around was super convenient as the metro station is only a couple hundred meters away, offering direct access to both the old town attractions and the new European quarter. Overall, a good experience.

A modern and clean hotel conveniently located across from a park. Public transport is very accessible, with a train and bus stop right outside, and several shops and cafés just across the street. The main attractions can be reached in about 30 minutes by public transport. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing — it lacks variety, especially for international guests. I stayed for five nights and found it repetitive by the third day. Recommend to book without breakfast unless you enjoy traditional Turkish breakfasts and fresh breads.

Movenpick hotel on Marmara Sea is new hotel with beautiful design, comfortable room and perfect lobby. There is luxury restaurant with Turkish food on top floor with amazing view. Underground they have spa with sauna and nice pool. Bedding’s and everything is very clean. Shower is very good. Enjoy your stay on high floor as we did. Only one thing - please pay attention there connecting room, so if you like privacy ask no connection room before on reception. Room service 24 hours food is tasty food with vegetarian variety. I highly recommend this place to relax away from city crowd. We try Movenpick ice cream and coffee on lobby bar.

I’m rating it poor service because of one single male staff who was so rude to me when we checked in. Plus, he even lied straight to my face when i confronted him with the wrong room type he had given me saying it was an upgrade (sound like white lotus😂) Initially i wrote a complaint letter and received a reply far from satisfactory response. Though, with some more pressure, the management finally apologized. Anyway i will not be staying here if i visit again in the future. There are more better choices that are real 5-star hotels, this one is definitely NOT.
