Guler Palas Hotel

Hotel of horrors, horrible, everything is dirty, the location is far away on a mountain road, the reception staff are unpleasant, we had thefts in our rooms, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, they came to fix a leak in the bathroom at 3 am when we just wanted to sleep because we had to leave the next day, and for them, that was the only time to clean the bathroom so they could rent the room out again the next day—what a disgrace!

The guys charged adults for 4 young children and didn't give them a tie. It's too stinky for my child to sleep in. The shower is leaking water and the toilet is dirty and stinky. The pastels are not washed. Don't go there. It's really terrible.

The hotel is very dirty, I was afraid to take a bath, the whole bathroom was full of bacteria, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was comfortable and the service was excellent.
