Stayed in room 1301, which had two beds, perfect for a family of three, and offered good ventilation. The location in New Europe is great, not far from Galata Tower and Galata Bridge, making transportation easy. It's a quiet spot despite being centrally located, which exceeded my expectations. They provided 3 bottles of water daily and dental kits.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, perfect for sightseeing. Public transportation makes everything easily accessible, and a 10-minute walk across the bridge gets you to the other side of the city. The hotel is very clean and smells lovely throughout. My only complaint would be the swing door to the bathroom/toilet. Firstly, it doesn't close completely, which compromises privacy, and secondly, it squeaks unbearably. It would be good if this could be fixed. Otherwise, there's nothing else to complain about. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. Breakfast at the hotel is very expensive, but there are plenty of excellent breakfast options in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel is centrally located downtown, which made getting around easy. The room was clean and comfortable.

We booked 4D3N for out honeymoon. Love the location. Near to almost everywhere. Not so much of the view but the room is spacious and clean. We had a great time

Like the location. Close to many attractions and good restaurants . Lack a lot of amenities but made up with the location. Easy excess to the tram station and within walking distance to Galata tower. Front desk staff not very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel with outstanding location near Galata tower. Impeccable service and cleanliness. However, my issue is not with the hotel but with Trip.com. I had booked 2 sea view rooms through trip.com. However, the reservation instructions provided to the hotel did not include “sea view” rooms. I was given 1 room in the basement with no views and one on the upper floors with partial sea view. Although Trip.com refunded a portion of my fees, it was an utter let down on expectations that partially ruined my holiday

Very good hotel. Located in very strategic area.

The view of Galata Tower in the quiet morning air was impressive, and at night its illuminated silhouette blended with the city lights, creating a truly magical scene. The rooms had a calming interior and were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, making this the perfect hotel as a base for exploring the city. Standing on the balcony with a coffee in hand and gazing at Galata Tower stretched out before me was the biggest reason why I was so glad I chose this hotel.

The hotel has a great location; just uphill is the Galata Tower, and there are many small shops to explore at the foot of the tower. Downhill is the most famous fish roll shop, which I visited both nights I stayed. The hotel's location on the hill is quite unique, with three floors above ground and three below. There are lovely carpets and a delicious dessert shop at the entrance. Overall, it met my expectations; it would have been even better if the price had been lower!

Good level of service and beautiful room. The breakfast is very original and includes many local specialties. The 30 minutes of free time in the private hammam are very much appreciated and justify the choice of this hotel. Furthermore, the location is good; Sultanhamet is easily accessible by tram or on foot, and you can also explore the Galata district. The hotel staff's welcome and level of English vary. The staff are helpful, however.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building of a former bank. Even the cells and the large metal door of the vault were preserved in the design. 8 minutes walk from the metro station. The rooms have vaulted ceilings, very atmospheric. 17 minutes walk to the new embankment. Very comfortable bed and beautiful historic design of the rooms, but modern. Didn't like the breakfasts for 20 euros! Very sad choice, terrible cappuccino from the machine. Everything else was good.

It's easily accessible from all directions, leading to Galata and the pier. The buildings have a historical feel.
