Millennium Istanbul Golden Horn

The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star hotel. The room was disappointing, particularly because it was located directly facing the street, with very limited privacy for guests. The lack of privacy was clearly noticeable, as shown in the attached photos. The hotel also felt rather ungenerous when it came to its services. Complimentary water was provided only once during our stay, and the coffee sachets were also provided only once. For a five-star hotel, I find this level of service disappointing and not in line with the standard one would reasonably expect. On a positive note, the staff themselves were good and polite, and we were given a small cake on our last day, which was a nice gesture. However, I believe such a gesture would have been more appropriate as a welcome amenity upon arrival rather than at the end of the stay. Overall, I appreciate the good attitude of the staff, but I was disappointed by the room, the lack of privacy, and the limited generosity in the hotel’s services. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves these aspects to better reflect the standards of a five-star property.

My wife and I recently stayed at Millennium Istanbul Golden Horn Hotel, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Istanbul’s attractions while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.

Super beautiful, princess style, and super attentive with the amenities. There are 3 of us and they give us 3 sets of amenities.
