Hotel was not very clean, room was tired and many broken pieces of furniture and walls were marked. Staff were professional but not extremely welcoming.

I loved my stay here. I upgraded to a suite was was especially lovely. The staff were accommodating and booking through Trip.com I got a great price. It’s quite a long way from the tourist attractions on the European side but I used the local metro to get around. Also Hilltown Mall is a walk away and is great for food options and shopping. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here while I was getting my teeth done. I LOVED this hotel. Room was soo clean, restaurant upstairs was AMAZING. Breakfast was pretty basic would definitely recommend to eat down the road in the small village across the bridge. Service was GREAT! Worth every cent spent on this hotel.

A superb hotel with immaculate cleanliness and fast room service. It features a beautiful outdoor pool. Conveniently located close to SAW airport. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room.

This place offers excellent facilities and is spotlessly clean. Its location is fantastic, making it ideal for both overnight stays and as a transit hub, especially for travelers with multiple connecting domestic flights. From the service to the shopping amenities, absolutely everything you need is right at your fingertips and truly wonderful. Highly recommended!

Quiet, with good fitness facilities and a comfortably warm swimming pool. The breakfast selection was also quite rich. Overall, I'm satisfied.

It was absolutely dreadful. There was no attentiveness or care whatsoever. I definitely do not recommend staying here. To make matters worse, they even criticized the booking app we used, implying that it wasn't trustworthy.

Clean and tidy, great for business trips.

It is a nice professionally run hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from a Hilltown Mall. The mall has a great selection of restaurants. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the metro. It feels a bit too long due to hill and roads. You can get a taxi to and from the metro station for up to 200 TL. The entrance to the hotel feels like it is on the most annoying side of the hotel as it is the far side after walking to or from the mall and metro. A functioning rear entrance that guests could use when going to the mall and metro would really improve the guests experience. But overall I liked the hotel. It had a nice spa and comfortable rooms.

The Spa and Wellness Center was very clean and enjoyable, offering a great variety of relaxing amenities and an excellent gym. Unfortunately, the room was not prepared properly. The duvet cover was not fitted correctly over the blanket, and some bathroom essentials like toothpaste and toothbrushes were missing. It felt as though the room had been cleaned and prepared in a rush. Additionally, the furnishings and room installations were outdated and lacked modern features. Another issue was the staff’s lack of commitment to providing good service. Many employees did not use English in a professional manner. However, I do not believe the staff was unfriendly; it seemed more like an organizational problem affecting the level of service. Overall, I enjoyed my one-night stay, spending most of the time in the Spa and Wellness Center. The location is also very convenient, with the Hilltown Mall right next to the hotel and easy access to Sabiha Gökçen Airport via Metro/Taxi. In my opinion, the price of the stay did not match the expected quality.

Really wonderful hotel. Just what you expect, though the location was not spot on. With a cab you can get to the tram/train station and find your way to the European side of Istanbul. The breakfast was huge but not so much variety. It was worth money.
