Best Location,Comfortabel beds,friendly staff & good breakfast

The hotel Is centrally located with easy access to the main tourist attractions of Istanbul. Plenty of transport options close by. But cleaning was quite minimal and towels were not clean and crisp. Staff were not helpful when we asked for information. They were more interested in selling tours rather than provide information. Not sure if the restaurant is owned by a separate entity because Reception and the Restaurant were not working together.

Didn’t get the room type that I booked. Staff were unhelpful and couldn’t change rooms. Breakfast was good with nice view. Wouldn’t stay here again

it was a nice hotel and nice location but the old man on the reception isnt nice and he demanded money for me to call the airport for a missing baggage  the man on the daytime is very helpful

The view from the restaurant is the biggest sales point for this hotel. I stayed here ten years ago and booked it again because I remembered the view. The room looks tasteful but is quite small. The noise from other rooms comes through the walls. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great location, just enough distance from the crowds. Breakfast fare is pretty average, but you hardly notice because of the view.

MAGNIFIQUE TOUT PARFAIT A REOMMANDER

The location of this hotel is very good, only five minutes walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Grand Mosque , and three minutes walk to Metro station at Sultanahmet, 15 minutes walk to main train station. I stayed in this hotel for three nights. My room is on the first floor with street views. The bathroom isn’t standard, maybe it’s for disable people. The views from roof of hotel are amazing, overlooking the river , Blue Mosque and Hagia. Breakfast is ok, not much fruits. I wasn’t happy about airport transport. I booked for 10 am taxi one day before, but taxi didn’t show up after 10:10. I have to walk on the street to get one. The old town traffic is very bad. It took about one hour to get to the airport IST for 1000 Turkey ‘s Lira or 30 Euros. It rated 4 star hotel, but I feel like it’s three star hotel.

Cozy rooms, excellent service, and perfect location near main attractions. Great breakfast variety. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for travelers!

The staff were friendly, there was an elevator, it was clean, and the breakfast area had a great view. I was worried because the shower filters in older hotels were often black, but they weren't as dirty as I'd feared! (After two days, they were a bit yellowish.) The location was easy to find, and the proximity to nearby tourist attractions like the terminal and bus stop was a plus.

This was my second hotel in Istanbul. After checking out of the first hotel, I went to leave my luggage just after 10am, but they said they had a room ready, so I was shown to it right away. From the terrace cafe on the seventh floor, I could enjoy a luxurious breakfast while looking out over Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the sea.

● Advantages: ● Excellent location: The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are only a few minutes' walk away, and the T1 rail line is nearby, which is very convenient for tourists who want to explore the historical sites of the old city and go to other places. ● Beautiful scenery: Some rooms have direct views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. You can enjoy the sunrise and the two mosques bathed in the morning sun in the room. The view of the rooftop restaurant and terrace is even wider, overlooking Marmara, the old city, the Asian area, etc., with beautiful scenery. ● Room facilities: Although the room is not large, it is warm and comfortable, clean and tidy, and has good sound insulation. The facilities in the room are modern and can meet the basic needs of guests. ● Excellent dining: There is a rich choice of breakfast food, including authentic Turkish food and dishes suitable for the tastes of various countries. You can order according to the menu. ● Disadvantages: The room area is relatively small, which may be a bit cramped for guests with a lot of luggage or high space requirements.

Rested with my son from 11/28/2024 to 12/01/2024. The hotel is very atmospheric, located in the very center, you can walk to all the attractions in the historical center. At the same time, the hotel is secluded, there is no constant flow of tourists around.. Nearby there is McDonald's, Starbucks, a tram stop. It's only a 2-3 minute walk. The hotel offers a transfer from and to the airport. We had a room on the 5th floor. Very beautiful, comfortable bed, good pillows and bed linen, slept great. From the window you can see Hagia Sophia and part of the Bosphorus. Shower and toilet are in good condition. Water pressure is excellent. Breakfasts are delicious. Scrambled eggs, omelette, cheeses, vegetables, apples, tangerines. Tea, instant coffee, normal. Fresh orange juice 8 euros, Turkish coffee 100 lira. Wonderful view of the surroundings: the Bosphorus and historical mosques. We didn't take lunches, looked at the dinner menu: expensive, in my opinion, prices in euros. The hotel has a small fitness room: you can run on the treadmill and a couple of trainers. Very beautiful reception, it's nice to while away the time here. I would like to separately mention the employee Cezar, who helped us with the luggage, gave all the necessary instructions, was very polite and friendly, very customer-oriented and just a nice person. Now this is one of my favorite hotels.

Located in the old town, only a five-minute walk to the mosque. There are many restaurants around, but the hotel is located on a relatively quiet road with a small garden at the door. Overall, it is much quieter than those hotels facing the road. The room is relatively small. If two people's suitcases are laid flat on the floor, there is basically no aisle, but it is clean and tidy. The breakfast room on the top floor is the highlight, and the scenery from a distance is amazing. Breakfast is also okay, and there is something for Chinese stomachs to eat, but freshly ground coffee is charged separately. The only shortcoming is that the front desk service is not as warm and sincere as other hotels on our trip. The reserved room was no longer available and was not informed when we checked in. We were given a room change after Ctrip complained. But the faults do not hide the advantages, and overall I am quite satisfied.
