Pretty satisfied. It would be even better if the hotel could provide milk every evening. The hotel facilities are complete, quiet, and clean, and the service is good. The only downside is that toiletries aren't provided daily, and they could offer an extra bottle of water in the summer.

We stayed at the hotel for one night between flights. For that purpose, the hotel was excellent. It's about a 30-minute drive from the airport. The service at the hotel was superb, everything was clean, and breakfast was good. However, it's not in the city center, and there's nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

A little far away from attractions. Need taxi to go anywhere although it's not too expensive, but Istanbul traffic is very bad. It's about 45 min ride to the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located near buses and the subway, and I felt quite safe at night. The hotel reception staff provided information about breakfast times and the gym location. I had a negative experience upon arrival. The requirement for a deposit for the accommodation seemed quite pointless to me; it felt like renting a car from the airport. Meanwhile, the lady at the reception was extremely polite and competent. I believe she followed instructions, so I have no criticism of her in that regard. Later, I went to the spa area, but the attention and care were almost nonexistent. The gentleman on duty was watching a football match upstairs. When I asked for information, he responded in an extremely grumpy and unwilling manner, almost scolding me. I was considering a massage, but this attitude made me change my mind. He also tried to sell me a swimming cap to use in the pool. I thought this was an unnecessary practice, as if I were staying at a thermal resort. I have never encountered such indifferent and disregardful staff in a hotel before. After this experience, I do not intend to choose this resort again.
