The hotel location is great. Shops and see front are very short distance from the hotel. Breakfast served at the hotel on the top floor, which has great sea views, is excellent. The rooms are not well served and the linens which provide are old and tired.

Cleanliness: Pretty good, cleaner than some other hotels.

Soo good and lovely place I loved the room and the service. And the breakfast was delicious 

Very nice and good hotel near the beach of Büyükçekmece. Good for walking and leisure.

I do not recommend this hotel at all although it is good location and room but the people in reception and security guards are unprofessional at all in dealing the guests specialy on the entrance they do not allowed food and drinks to force you to buy from their resturant ,this is the first time I face that!!!!! They have to put professional people in these locations .

A 5-star bargain! Excellent value for money, family friendly hotel with excellent swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the low in-room Wi-Fi signal.

Not a very clean hotel

The room is nice and the price is affordable. I will buy it again next time. It is very convenient to order on Ctrip (๑¯◡¯๑)

This is the first time I have encountered a situation where you have already added the tax points and paid the money, but after one day, they cannot issue the invoice. This hotel says it is five-star, but the service is worrying. You have to let me control you after you check in. Even one-star hotels in China don't dare to do this.

Very convenient, next to the sea, there is a pedestrian street, eating is very convenient

The hotel lobby is not always dark. The reception and the staff at the door are not very helpful. They never smile and are not helpful.

The hotel is good. It doesn't reach 5*, but for its price it's good. There wasn't much in the breakfasts, no fruit at all((( The location is good, if you're not going to the old town. Because taxis to the sights are expensive. Only when checking in there was a Russian-speaking employee. After that no one spoke Russian.

The room was great. However, the telephone didn't work. The ventilation system in the bathrooms was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. When we checked out, we told the staff about it, but instead of apologizing, we were charged for three drinks that we had taken from the minibar.
