Excellent stay, and friendly staff, food was excellent, hotel was clean and tidy

The hotel was so clean and near the sea but our room ac was not working and they tried to fix it the whole day and they were so polite and by the end of the day they gave us another room until they fix it

everything was ok. expect small gym room ok breakfast is ok and the staff are friendly

The hotel itself is new, clean, modern. But there are some nuances. If you like to go to bed before 23.59, then this will be problematic. There is a large open event area on the hotel grounds. Out of three nights, two nights there were events until 24.00 at night. The noise is so loud that the walls shake (I'm not kidding) The breakfast is extremely poor. We were especially "lucky" to come for an early breakfast during the swim across the Bosphorus. There was one person working in the hall and one in the kitchen. There is no food, the tables are not cleared. In short, I have not seen such disorganization for a long time. I recommend the hotel only to those who walk until late at night and have breakfast after 10.00 (there is a cafe nearby) Overall, I am rather dissatisfied with the hotel

Unfortunately, the behavior of the reception staff is very bad. The rooms are clean. Parking is okay

The hotel is new and clean. When cleaning the room, they did not take out the trash, did not add hygiene items and did not replace towels, they asked to do this, they did it. The Premier/Premium room is spacious, but the bathroom is small and the door opens directly onto the toilet, it’s very easy to get hit in the forehead))) we had previously asked for a Lunch box, since we had an early check-out, but they forgot about us) they called and they brought it.

Been at this hotel make feel like home..friendly staff.nice environment. Good service. Execellent breakfast.this also special message in regards to a person.who was really special to us.and in general she is a person who really deserve 5 stars.her name is Sedea, the concierge at front.nice smile personality .

Was super all round , everything is new, staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. I was able to conduct meetings and the gym facilities was satisfactory. The location is very ideal for clients and there are markets close by for shopping of all kinds.

Amazing welcoming, outstanding services and pretty by all staff. Everything looks fabulous from location, room and room services for their prompts response. A special thanks go to Mr. Alp Ayer (Front Office manager) for his care, support to checked me in at early morning and his keenness to ensure customer satisfaction among all customers while seeing him walking around the hotel facilities and politely asking everyone on his/her stay and if need any assistance.

Such a beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the Bosphorus bridge. They have excellent customer service especially from Neslihan, Ayhan and Burak during breakfast service! Definitely going to come again when we revisit Istanbul next year :)
