Great location n and excellent staff. Very much recommended.

This is my second stay at this marvelous hotel. The duty manager was really helpful. Although I arrived at the hotel at 6:45 am and check in time was 2 pm, he went out of his way to accommodate me and I was able to check in around 8:30 am so that I was able to rest from my long flight. The location of the hotel was so very convenient, really close to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia as well as the Hamam. On my day of departure, since I had to arrive at the airport at 7 am and therefore would miss breakfast, the duty manager arranged for a packet lunchbox. Very well done and customer focused. I will be back to this hotel for sure!

Location is worth 10 points. Unfortunately I have to write….The hotel is tired. Needs renovation. At breakfast, air conditioning water dripped from the ceiling and was periodically wiped off with a mop above us. The shower was also leaking water to the sink. It's very noisy outside. Tram line. The carpeted steps are really sad and I hope it didn’t seem to us that they were just being repaired at that moment. Breakfast... seems plentiful and varied. At first sight. In fact, the vegetables are limp. The fruit is warm. Probably the serving is prepared very much in advance and due to the heat the quality is lost. The staff is friendly. They helped with a taxi to the airport and suitcases to the taxi, since the area is pedestrian and it can be difficult to walk/leave along the cobblestones with luggage.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing. The hotel room is very small, the window faces the back alley, and is very close to the windows of other people's homes. The shower head has rust marks and a hair stuck in it. The toilet board was old and yellowed, and there were some signs of not being cleaned. I wiped it with disinfectant paper towels. The ventilation system is very poor. It feels like there is no ventilation. The temperature adjustment can only be turned on and off but cannot adjust the temperature. The surrounding environment is very noisy, and the door and door of the partition room are very noisy. There was no air pumping in the bathroom. Due to hygiene issues and the lack of air pumping, we decided to change hotels that night and booked two nights, but ended up not staying at either hotel. The hotel staff offered to give us a better room, but we decided to leave because we felt that the hotel was really not too hygienic.

The location of the hotel is in the very center of the old city.

The location is very good. It is less than ten minutes away from Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. One of the rooms on one side has a view of Sophia's dome. The room decoration is relatively simple, and the bath products are famous brands, but the bed sheets are relatively old. The hotel breakfast is very rich.

地點一流，就在聖索菲亞大教堂側面，非常方便前往聖索菲亞大教堂，藍色清真寺，托普卡匹大皇宮。 另外，服務生Evan服務非常好 - 在我抵步時幫我把行李拿上酒店外的小樓梯，並且跟我說了很多入住的注意地方，在我離開當日也幫我妥善安排行李寄存，讓我在最後一天放心外出遊歷。而且，酒店的土耳其早餐也非常富足。推介尤其自由行的旅客考慮這間酒店!

ホテルは古いですがスタッフの皆さんはとても親切です。タクシーを使いたい時に道は不便ですが路面電車のアクセスは良いです。歩いてすぐの場所にブルーモスクもアヤソフィアもあるので観光に行く手間は少し省けて時間を有効に使えると思います。
