I can't rate the hotel because I haven't even had the opportunity to stay in it. What I can value is the customer service of this hotel, which in my case has been nil. I have made a reservation for two nights for this Christmas and once the reservation is made I receive an automatic message from the reservation system saying that the payment method has been rejected and needs to be updated so that it is not canceled. Despite entering several valid payment methods, this is repeated 3 times in 2 consecutive days until the hotel unilaterally cancels the reservation without any prior notice or any direct notification from the hotel. When I contact them they tell me that they have canceled the reservation since at Christmas they do not accept reservations of less than 7 nights, when at NO time does that information appear during the reservation process and they do not inform it once the reservation is made. In short, they are playing with the time of a potential client who has been interested in staying at their hotel and they do not even deign to send a message explaining the situation. Again, I can't rate the hotel but its treatment towards customers is terrible.
