Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent Hotel & Conference Center

Very good hotel, with warm services from Ozcan ,Emre & Yaren. The breakfast is wonderful, fresh tasty and varieties. Logistics wise, just nearby Metro and shopping mall.

The hotel was decent. But nothing spectacular or special. The rooms were average for this type of hotel category. The location is very good

Nearly perfect hotel for staying in Istanbul! It was sorry that a rubbish bin next to a toilet was not empty sometimes even after the room cleaning, but it was also understandable especially when the cleaning stuff must take care of loads of rooms in very limited time. It was nice stay overall, will be back soon hopefully.

The customer service and attention to details were exceptional here. The location is also fantastic, where it is directly next to a metro station, shopping mall, and cute neighborhood shops. This will be my hotel of choice when I return to Istanbul.

I booked a corner suite with partial sea view and unusually there was no separate living room but a large bedroom with a chaise lounge and an armchair in the room which is large and comfortable. Despite arriving early the hotel gave me access to the room which was appreciated. The suite also comes with access to the club lounge with breakfast and sundowners. The food for the sundowners is plentiful and varied but there is only one red and one white wine in addition to spirits. The hotel also has underground access to the Kanyon and OzdilekPark shopping centres as well as the Levent Metro station so travelling around is easy. Staff are friendly and helpful although some have a slight problem with English. Although I did not use them the hotel has a fitness centre and spa and is one I will definitely return to in the future.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, and the hotel offered a very convenient feature: the basement level is directly connected to two shopping malls, which made shopping and dining extremely easy. The rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere met the standards expected from a five-star hotel, and I was very satisfied with most aspects of my stay. However, my main concern was the reception staff. I found their attitude unprofessional and unfriendly. For a five-star hotel, I expected a warmer welcome and more courteous communication. The staff rarely smiled and sometimes spoke in a rough manner. One particular incident was disappointing. I asked a receptionist whether the minibar items were complimentary or chargeable, and I was told in a dismissive way that they were free. However, during checkout, I was informed that the minibar items were not free and I was charged approximately $60. This created an unpleasant ending to an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the hotel itself is very good, but I believe the reception team’s professionalism and communication need improvement to match the quality of the property.

Very nice hotel but security check issue is boring for that kind of hotel. They got fixed payment for extras in the beginning, not get provision from card, so I needed to go back with my bathrobe from message to get my wallet and pay. They need to be more flexible and trust their customers for such a luxury hotel. I guessed that they faced problem with one customer but it is getting funny when you force your customers a lot like this sample
