It’s one of the worst places I’ve stade in booked fo 12 days stade 4 . Went to a different place the only good thing is the staff. Never Got what left of my money back. Brakefes was 0. The room was very cold. Durty bedding no room cleaning for 4 days. Light cut of on my 4th day Never was offered the money back for the Remaining week Don’t stay there

Позиционируют себя как 3* - максимум *, не более. Красная цена за ночь в таком месте -не больше 500 рублей. Заехали ночью -попросили за ранний въезд 200$ (молодой человек на ресепшен). После того, как я посчитала сколько стоят сутки исходя из тех денег, что мы заплатили -нас заселили в номер. Номер максимум 10кв м. Не работает кондиционер на тепло(февраль); нет горячей воды; стола; все грязное и укатанное. Спустилась на ресепшн, попросила переселить в другой номер. Готова была доплатить за весь срок проживания -сказали, ждите до утра. Придет администратор. Утром после разговора с администратором и моих переписок с левел тревэл нас переселили в другой номер. По сравнению с тем -конечно он шикарен. Но всю неделю мы мучались с горячей водой-чтобы ее настроить уходило не меньше 30 минут (стоит допотопный водонагреватель). Вся мебель старая, обшарпанные стены, телевизор работает на 1 канал. Такое чувство, что здесь не прибираются от слова вообще. Белье меняли один раз за 6 дней. Завтраки однообразные и очень скудные -ни разу не было никакой замены. Внизу на ресепшн не горит свет(только ночник); очень холодно( на завтрак ходили в верхней одежде). Прилагаю фотографии, чтобы никто больше так не попал как мы.

Das Hotel ist nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen ,sondern hat überhaupt keinen Standard. Die Zimmer sind schmutzig,es wird auch nicht geputzt,zum Teil schimmelig. Einfach nur eklig. Bei Regen regnet es rein. Die Bettwäsche ist klamm und schmutzig. Das Frühstück kann man knicken. Also bitte nicht buchen.ich weiss auch nicht wieso etwas angeboten wird.

C'est le pire hotel que j'ai vu de ma vie ! Comment un tel établissement dangeureux pour la santé peut-il encore exister ? Draps sales, frigo avec pourritures, murs moisis, serviettes douteuses,.... Nous avions reservé pour 3 nuits mais n'avons pas pu rester. Reservation faite sur booking et nous n'avons pas pu recuperer tout notre argent. La santé n'a pas de prix, ne restez pas dans un tel établissement. Le propriétaire ne repond aux appels ni de son salarié ni du client ni de booking. Malhonnete. Les photos en diront longs. Nous avons visité 2 chambres, pires l'une de l'autre.
