Fantastic stay at Dosso Dossi, room was clean with lots of good amenities. Housekeeping and front desk staff were great as well as breakfast staff. Very impressed with the spa facilities! Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay the only issue was they needed a deposit before we entered.

The check in was smooth and staff were awesome. I had two rooms, one had broken weight machine and other had dead batteries. I asked the front desk staff to replace just one of the two or replace the batteries and they refused. They simply said they did not care that objects in the room were broken. The rooms floor were dirty with hair and dust all over from the previous stay. They do provide slippers but still felt unpleasant.

The location is close to the shops.

Gorgeous, clean and great location for visiting Bazzaar and sightseeing. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by and complimentary breakfast. The spa was not great jacuzzi very cold and pool even colder in the middle of winter. We asked for the jacuzzi to be hot and was told it would take hours to get the temperature up so we could not unwind and relax after a long day of shopping. Staff are friendly

Cool hotel, good location, excellent amenities and friendly staff, but the breakfast buffet needs improvement and better quality.

Great hotel! Had a fun time! We enjoyed the sauna and the breakfast too!
