The room is clean for the first two days when you arrive then you realize they don't replace sheets or wipe floors. They sometimes bring towels. When I was leaving and was packing I noticed my underwear, socks and some of the stuff you won't notice right away was missing. I looked everywhere and it was nowhere to be found. Since the staff here isn't to be trusted you put the dnd paper but guess what? They will come in anyway! The food is inedible so prepare some money for a breakfast and the rest. The floors are covered in hair especially around the beds. Overall awful experience! Don't recommend!

It was a very bad experience. We booked a family room for me and my family of four beds. However, we only received three beds when we arrived. Upon asking, he replied that the large room was reserved and could be available to you the next day, knowing that we made a reservation and paid the entire amount. After I refused the small room He used profanity and said there was no room, so we called the police, and when the police arrived, he refused to tell them the truth, but after I told him I would tell them, he told them the truth, and the police officer asked me to accompany them to establish a formal investigation with the hotel employee, but my children started crying, so it was difficult for them. The hotel isn't recommended

3 звёзды, как две! Сервиса ноль. Büyük - «большой» по-турецки! Büyük Paris - большой Париж. Но мы и маленького Парижа там не увидели. Пол грязный, постельное белье в дырках, шторы прожжённые. В ванной есть мини-набор:мыло, шампунь, но!!! В фене был таракан! Засушенный. Уборка в номере была регулярно, но чище от этого не становилось. Просто застилали постели, белье не меняли, хотя оно было очень грязное. Подушки грязные, я надевала на подушку майку, потому что лицом я боялась ложиться на неё. Слышимость в номере просто ужасная, каждый раз думали, что с нами в номере кто-то есть, каждый телефонный разговор из других номеров мы слышали, по ночам спать без беруш не могли, и то, даже они пропускали шум. Шум скрипящего скотча, того, как роняют тяжёлые коробки, пододвигают мебель!!! Это район вещевых рынков, поэтому шум скотча и грохот коробок не заканчивался! А таких однообразных завтраков мы ещё нигде не видели! Мы не поверили отрицательным отзывам сначала, но когда мы увидели это собственными глазами, мы были в шоке. Лучше бы мы не брали завтраки, а ходили есть в кафе. Завтраки каждый день одинаковые, все что было на столе: только вареные яйца, один вид сосисок (всё холодное, естественно, и не первой свежести, будто вынесли то, что осталось с прошлого завтрака), огурцы, помидоры, оливки, кусочки хлеба, и маленькие упаковочки типа с нутелой, вареньем, мёдом. И фрукты - мандарины, виноград. И все!!! И так каждое утро! Мы однозначно не остались бы в этом отеле снова!
