Window was broken, hardly I closed. The door was difficult to close it, you always needed to double check the door after you was closed or not. The location is very bad , it shows 15min from the subway but you need to climb kind of mountains for your destination. Photos of the hotel are not similar with the real ones, I think they are old photos or made by AI.

The breakfasts were tasty, and the service was good. They let us check in early, helped with our luggage, and even offered to call a taxi. However, the location isn't the most convenient for walking from the hotel to the city center; it's about a 50-minute walk. The rooms are a bit dated but generally comfortable.

The cleanliness was excellent; our room was just a bit small, but we didn't mind. Thank you.

This is our third time stay at this place. Very satisfied with the easy check in and out. This time the bathroom flush was not working. Called the reception immediately after checked in at 8pm. Within 15 the resolved the issue by sending a person to repair. Everything sorted within 10 minutes.

The room was clean and cozy. There was a damp smell in the bathroom, but it wasn't too bad. I recommend it.

Let me start with the ease of booking through the Trip app. Payment is in rubles using the Fast Payment System (SBP). The hotel is great because there's no check-in time limit; you can check in any time after 2:00 PM. The staff is very friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here.

In principle, it's not a bad hotel for the money, the rooms are small, they clean the room every day, the breakfast is so-so... an acquired taste, we booked a room and they gave us one on the 4th floor... well, no view, etc., we asked to change and they gave us one on the 10th

Good rejection

The facilities are okay, not close to the subway station and bus station. Service is ok. The problem I encountered during my stay was that there was no hot water in the wash basin. This was not important, but it had very little cold water, making it inconvenient to wash hands. No gym or swimming pool

The hotel is in a great location and seems to be used primarily by people traveling for beauty/aesthetic surgery, as all the renowned clinics are nearby. Msn therefore feels at home among like-minded people ☺️ The staff is super friendly and competent. The rooms are clean and simple. There are no slippers, so bring your own. The breakfast buffet is completely adequate.
