The bathroom smelled musty, and the reception staff gave me the wrong closing time for the pool. The girl in charge of the changing rooms was very unfriendly; she wouldn't even let me shower and rudely told me it was closed. It's not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

We've stayed here several times, and the staff is 5 out of 5. The food is delicious. The location is convenient, with the Civagir shopping center across the street. We've had nothing but positive experiences.

This is my first time staying in a hotel and I'm so disappointed. A 4-star hotel hides guests' personal belongings. I was using headphones the night before I checked out, and after checking out, I realized they were missing while taking a taxi to the airport. I told the hotel they were under my pillow at the head of the bed. They were large and very conspicuous, yet the hotel claims they couldn't find them?! Beware! This is a scam!

After checking in at the counter, we were told to wait for someone to pick up our luggage. After waiting for 10 minutes, they still didn't show up, and we weren't given our room number or key card. I couldn't even write down my WiFi information; I had to use my phone to enter the password. It was strange.

Perfectly adequate for our stay, great location (close to metro station, shopping center)

Recommend to stay here. Near the subway. Good service and clean room.
