I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The amenities were good, and overall the experience was very pleasant. Everything was handled smoothly, and I truly appreciate the effort of the team.

Decent hotel. Near the mall. There is a money exchange nearby. Additionally, one is located in the basement of the mall. The bathrooms were mouldy and old. The showerheads were not clean and had a significant buildup. Water pressure was ok. The toilet was tough to flush. In summary, the bathroom needs more cleaning and maintenance. The room was ok. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable. It was generally clean. No outside food allowed, but room service is 24/7 . I asked that the fridge be kept empty, but they kept beer and other drinks there... Staff are great

Nice hotel, the hotel itself seems a bit old but there is new renovated decorations, overall is fairly nice. The shopping mall is right in front of the hotel, very convenient for people who want to go shopping.

It’s perfect place for couples to relax and enjoy the amenities from the Spa, pool, and sauna and more! And also have access to a Akbati shopping mall which is 1 minute away from the hotel’s door and is has a great variety of stores, restaurants, and amazing cafes. Highly recommended if you want to relax.

No kitchenware, plates spoons forks knives or even glasses that are considered as extras to be paid for
