The hotel boasts a fantastic location, making it incredibly convenient to reach any destination by metro, ferry, or bus. It's also brilliantly situated for Taksim's main attractions; you just need to head downhill, which is far easier than going uphill. Our room had windows that didn't close properly, making it feel as if everything from the street was audible, just like having the windows open. Earplugs were a lifesaver at night, making it bearable. Furthermore, the room was cold in March. The air conditioning on heating mode saved us, making the room comfortable to stay in. The staff deserve a 5+ rating; they were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They assisted us in arranging a taxi to the airport for a fixed price of 1800 lira, which was definitely cheaper than Uber or local taxis. We had an early flight, so instead of breakfast, they offered us sandwiches to go, which was a lovely gesture we truly appreciated! Breakfast was generally good, though the same every day and a bit light on ham. But overall, it was tasty. We bought some cream cheese and more ham from local markets, and it was perfect! The room itself is a bit tired and in need of an update, especially those lovely yellow armchairs from the photos. A deep clean is also needed, as there was dust in several places (like on the hairdryer and skirting boards). Overall, my impressions are positive. Thank you for everything!

The location is very near to taksim square, not loud, and it’s near to indonesian resto. The staffs are attentive and friendly! We got a nice view during winter.

Basic, but well positioned. Mouldy bathroom, we mentioned three times but not done correctly. Should have checked other reviews as this was covered by others

Awesome: location, price, aircon Good: beds, lift Poor: internet, mouldy bathrooms, unreplenished tea and coffee, four reports of mould in bathrooms, tv didn't operate Bathrooms were done 50% after 2nd report, 75% after 3rd report We had two rooms. 2nd room was better. The photos and reviews rate this an 8/10. That's fraudulent IMO.

I really liked the hotel. It's conveniently located near Istiklal Street, yet on a quiet street, which is a nice bonus. The room itself was clean and bright. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast, which they deliver to your room, was delicious. Overall, for the price, it's absolutely fantastic value.

Overall, the hotel is good. We didn't have any issues with cleanliness, unlike what some others have mentioned. You have to understand what you're getting in Istanbul for this price. The location is excellent; everything is nearby, yet it's still quiet enough. The staff are responsive and polite. It's a leisurely 15-minute walk to the Havaist bus stop. The hotel isn't new, but the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, the linens are clean, and the air conditioning works – in fact, everything in the room worked fine. The only thing I'd like to point out is the very poor windows; you can hear everything happening outside (earplugs saved me!), and consequently, there was a significant draft from them. Also, I wish they would update the yellow chairs; they're not comfortable to sit on.

Didn't take any photos. We booked a standard room for one night in the city center during our transit. The room felt musty, and the floor and walls were dirty.

Horrible stay , the room was completely different with pictures. Brackfast awful.

I love the place! It's close with taksim square and you can find some public transport if you want to go somewhere. Mr Cihan and the others are so kind and friendly too! Definitely will stay there again next time!

Best choice I could ever have ever taken. Genuinely friendly and helpful owner and staff. Great location and a cute “house cat” called Ugly (she is so much not 😂) With no doubt fully recommend. Spent 5 days there and sure it was not the last time. 🙂

The people looking after the place was very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing. The room with city view was great. The street is a bit noisy if that bothers you - not a problem for me. I would go back to this place for sure.
