Reception, a man was angry. My internet was disconnected every 2 minutes and I should connect again. I asked them to help me but they were angry.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The pool was excellent and the rooms were tidy and clean. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly pleasant throughout our entire stay. The only suggestion would be to offer a slightly larger breakfast selection. Overall, highly recommended!

I never saw such a bad hotel in my life. Staff on the reception is very rude, not unfriendly but rude. Woman that speak barely English was shouting at me that I have to leave the room. I saw to her 10 times that my check out is next day but she was repeating again and again that I have to leave!! Hotel room is very dark “basement” with no place to put your luggage. When I asked to change the room, because my family in law had way better room they told me all the rooms are the same. Breakfast is very poor and 9:30 you don’t have what you eat and drink. Hard egg? Sorry finished, juice? No we have just water, juice finished. :-D

Well the location is great and the staff is amazing.
I booked this hotel for it's location and the fact that it has a pool, hot tub and Hammam. So to get into the Hammam is nearly impossible since it is constantly packed with local dudes already waiting on line. I was wondering why there are so many Thai women.... Well... A bunch of guys who were in the sauna with me confirmed that this is not your regular Hammam and massage place. The hot tub was never working sand the pool was cold. So much to me enjoying the relaxing part of the hotel.
Now the room, the shower water takes forever to warm up. And it was November and it was freezing in the room. There was no heater.
Breakfast kind of plain and simple.
