The hotel is conveniently located near Galata Tower, but it sits on a steep hill, which makes carrying luggage a bit challenging. Breakfast is served on the 6th-floor terrace with a lovely view. However, there is no security at the entrance, which could be a concern for some guests.

The location of the hotel is excellent—just a 2 minute walk to Galata Tower. The rooms were beautifully designed and had a warm vibe that made our stay very comfortable. One of the standout features was the terrace restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast with a stunning view of the Galata Tower. Mr Cihan, at the front desk, was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The vibrant street atmosphere around the hotel added an extra charm to our stay.

rooms: facilities is old. water builds up in the shower and there’s no supply of face tissues ….lacking some standards . and the wall is really thin so you can hear all the noises especially on the ground floor room. service: super friendly and attentive service from Cihan. breakfast service is also good. location: very inconvenient if you need to get to the asian side or from SAW airport. and they close all the metros on May 1st, so you could only get to the airport by taxi which costs you around 2000 TRL.

The hotel really gave only positive impressions. From the very first moments, I was greeted by friendly staff who were ready to help and immediately offered a transport card, which was very convenient. The room turned out to be spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. Although there were some minor issues with housekeeping, it didn't spoil the overall impression. The breakfasts at the hotel are simply magnificent — very tasty and filling. Friendly staff and a wonderful view of the city. The hotel's location is good: I took the metro from the airport, and it’s only a few steps to the Galata Tower. The area turned out to be very pleasant, and thanks to the convenient location, I easily walked to all the transport hubs. I have stayed in several hotels in similar locations and price ranges, but this one definitely turned out to be the best of all. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy comfort and convenience during their stay!

This hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from Galata Tower and all the restaurants and attractions in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything from public transport advice to booking an airport shuttle. The breakfast was lovely and traditional, served in the rooftop restaurant, a great place to start and finish each day as it overlooks the city.

Great location, short walk to Galata tower, public transport, Galataport, etc. View from the rooftop is unbeatable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and lovely. We would come back for sure!

Excellent services

Excellent hotel! We were greeted by very friendly staff! They told us everything, checked us in early, gave us a great room. The room itself was spacious, clean linen, coffee machine and tea. The floor was not clean everywhere, otherwise there were no complaints about the cleanliness. There is a bar on the roof, where they serve delicious breakfasts in the morning. We really liked the hotel, we recommend it! The Galata Tower is nearby, there is a metro and stops nearby. There are many cafes and a SOK store around the corner.

Good hotel for the money. Clean, cozy. I rarely see in hotels when the air conditioner is not directed at the bed, which can make you sick. In our room, the air conditioner was at the entrance to the room. It cooled the entire room perfectly, but did not blow on it while you were sleeping.

Excellent hotel, within walking distance of the Galata Tower and other attractions. On the ground floor there is a cool coffee shop, we bought coffee and sweets there, very tasty. The hotel itself has clean rooms with an interesting design, breakfast on the terrace, and an observation deck above. The street itself is not particularly noisy.

The room and its interior are very different from the pictures shown in the pictures but when you go and see it in reality, the room interior is very different, it is neglected, dirty and there is no difference from the ordinary 2-star hotels I have seen. There is a bad window that opens into the room space. Everything in the breakfast is ready-packaged products and it is very weak. I do not recommend it to anyone. If I had another opportunity, I would never stay at this hotel. Its location is good, it is so close to the Galata Tower. The hotel does not even have a parking lot. There is a foreign employee working in the lobby at the entrance. The bartender at the roof bar above was a respectful and good staff. Only the breakfast was bad but the staff who prepared it was polite.

Very nice hotel, originally furnished, a stone's throw from the Galata Tower. Very good breakfast on the terrace overlooking the city and the Galata Tower Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommendable

I came here on a business trip and liked this hotel very much. Unfortunately, it was fully booked one day, so the company switched me to another hotel. The hotel is very nice. There is a bar on the top floor. The chef and the bartender are very friendly and we have a lot of fun chatting. If I come to Turkey for a business trip next time, I will definitely choose this hotel.
