good hotel, but it’s more 4 star not 5. + the room was very clean, location is really convenient and stuff was very friendly, trying to help with everything. - to use the pool you need to have a swimming cap, also saunas are divided by gender so don’t expect a romantic getaway there. food variety for breakfast was kind of poor most of the days overall i think it’s pretty much good value for money, just small nuances exist.

Such a beautiful hotel but quite a bit hard to reach to hotel by bus

This don’t 5 stars hotel maybe 3 stars  The bed was dirty, they didn't even put water in it. This is the first time I've seen a 5-star hotel in such a state.

Very nice hotel, well connected location, the rooms are clean, spacious, it has a private car park which was very convenient for us as we rented a car. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is nice.

It was a good a stay. The hotel is close to a mall but it’s not in the city centre.

Its location made transportation very easy. The service, hygiene, and comfort were excellent. I highly recommend it.

The quality of the bed and linens was not suitable for a five-star hotel, and there was only one room available. The chair was dirty and the table was not in good condition.

The first two days were fine, however we wanted to extend our stay by one night... They wanted us to book the suite at over 300 euros per night even though we had obtained an additional night via the application for 90 euros.

The rooms are clean and quiet, it is nice to have free parking for guests. I did not experience any problems, I can go again

As it is a famous hotel, there is a security check even to enter the hotel. The nearest station is a bit of a slope. There are cafes and a large shopping mall nearby. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The hotel has a sauna that is like a bedrock bath. There was also a fitness pool. I am used to Japanese business hotels, so I was surprised that there were no disposable slippers, tissues or amenities, perhaps for the sake of the environment. Although it is a famous hotel, the towels seemed old and used. The front desk and doorman were kind.

The rooms on the platform only have twin and triple rooms. The room facilities are OK, but compared with the price, I feel it is not worth the price. The service of the staff is a bit slow. I booked a twin room, but they directly moved me to a triple room, and then changed it to a twin room. The experience was very bad. I don't recommend it.
