A decent hotel in the heart of touristy Istanbul. Some staff at the reception speak Russian. There's no elevator. The room is good for its price. Everything I needed was there.

The location is great, only about 200-300 meters from the subway station. The only downside is that it's on a really high floor, and I had to carry my luggage up six flights of stairs myself.

Pros: Located very near galata tower and accessible to public transport. Morning staff is good and professional. Buts thats how good it gets. Cons: 1. Night staff barely speaks english. 2. Heating can be a miss 3. Hot water not available all the time to have a shower. Especially on higher floors 4. No lift at the property so would have to walk 5. Sheets are not changed and the same sheets are put back.

The place has perfect location so I can travel anywhere convenivently. Staff and owner are extremely nice. The downside is bedsheet, pillow skin and blanket are quite old and fuzzing, making me felt itchy the whole time

This hotel has no lift. You need to mention to reception daily housekeeping required. Bed is comfortable. But the traffic noise is very annoying.

+ location close to the Main Street and galata tower + relatively silent + I was lucky to have room upgrade and had a lot of space + good English + possibility to leave luggage -no elevator, but friendly host helped with luggage during check in and check out, thank you! - had some problems with wi fi, host said that it was an accident on the street with provider

Everything was good but we were family with young kids and they gave us room at 5th floor and there is no Lifts at hotel. It was very difficult to climb up stairs to 5th floor with kids. This spoiled our trip as we could only leave hotel once every day. Climbimg 70 stairs with kids and bags was very difficult.

Great experience. The location is perfect especially for a quick layover.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms, despite my reservation. This lack of preparedness was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Despite their attempts to assist, the situation left me inconvenienced and compelled to seek alternative accommodations. While I understand that situations can arise, the inability to honor a confirmed reservation left a negative impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their reservation management in the future.

Nice place to stay. All is close around. You can go anywhere from this place.

Was worse condition

The location is right next to the Galata Tower, a 7-minute walk from the metro station, super convenient. Most importantly, the rooms are very large; I wish I had stayed here all the time. Of the several hotels I stayed in Istanbul, this was the best. The only issue was that it was a bit noisy during morning prayers, otherwise perfect.

Nice apartment, centrally located. There's a grocery store nearby. If you live in the second building, there's some street noise. But the top floor has a nice view. It depends on how lucky you are with your room.
