The hotel was really clean, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. When we arrived, they gave us water, which was such a nice gesture. The room felt cozy, and the mattress was so comfortable—I slept really well. I honestly had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Services are great cuz the workers are responsive and helpful. Only the amenities that are not as completed as described in the booking ticket. Also, there is no daily cleaning coming in the room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I wouldn't recommend it. This place is a Turkish dump – dirty, and no service whatsoever. All the rooms are freezing cold because the windows don't even close properly. If you're okay with sleeping like you're out on the street, then this is your spot... All the services, which are practically non-existent, cost 3-4 times more than they should. This hotel should be banned forever.

The staff was great, helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and large, and we loved the jacuzzi and private garden. If we were to stay in Istanbul for a longer period in the future, our choice is clear.

I’ve made a reservation for a friend and the customer service was very helpful all the way until he left. They have a pick up from the airport service which made things easier. I highly recommend.

Room was very facilitated, staff on the reception were enough cooperative, stay was very comfortable. Transfer to airport was very easy on normal expenses

Room was ok, but no any tooth brushes and toothpaste… also thing which really disappointed me they was trying to charge me twice for the transfer from airport, before always if I book airport area hotel transfer is for free, but this hotel asked me for 20€ for the transfer, so I recommend hotel people stop to do this… otherwise you will get more and more negative feedbacks

Horrible very cheap standard motel!! The switch had to be pasted on with tapes and it kept switching off the lights due to loose tapes. Goes pitch dark , had to use phone lights to tape it back. Room smelled of body odor, had to open up to air room. Felt unsafe location as solo traveller. Didn't get the morning call I requested, lucky I used phone alarm as backup. There was hair on bedsheets but I was too tired to ask for change.
