The best advantage of this hotel is its location, next to restaurants and bars. Heart of Istanbul. However, for those who value peace and quiet, this can also be a drawback, as in the evenings there is a lot of music and noise, especially noticeable on the first floor (it may be quieter on higher levels). The hotel itself is fairly clean, well-kept, and relatively new compared to many others in Istanbul.
Breakfast is definitely worth including – it’s excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options, Turkish tea and coffee, and even made-to-order omelets. Staff don’t rush you out when breakfast time ends, and they keep replenishing dishes, which is a big plus.
On the downside, the reception could be friendlier, and the staff’s English level is quite limited. For example, when we requested extra bedding, room service brought us fries instead. Additionally, in September the rooms were cold, and unfortunately only the air conditioning worked – the heating did not.
The restaurant downstairs, Pera 77, offers live music in the evenings. In our case, the singer was late, performed only a few songs, then took a break and never returned before we left. Food quality was mixed: the soup and cheese platter were good, but the steak was tasteless and the fries soggy.
Overall, the hotel is a good option if you want a lively location with outstanding breakfasts, but be aware of noise and some service limitations.

They didn’t tell me the water glass changed and included the minibar I checked out they didn’t give me any receipt for it and they told me the taxi woken with hotel with amount 1,700 lyr for transportation to airport but the taxi deducted 1,900 and he told me no im not working with hotel

It was a great experience. The location, cleanliness, breakfast everything was great. I was scared because of some of the comments I saw on internet but everything was perfect, the staff was lovely and locationwise it was exactly what I looked for. I'll definitely stay again when I visit Istanbul.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter tous les lieux occidentaux d'Istanbul. Proche de tout et transports publiques à proximité.
Le bar avec live-jazz et le bar-roof-top sont topissimes. Le petit-déjeuner excellent et très variés. La décoration des espaces communs super
Les chambres sont relativement propres mais petites, il y a juste ce qu'il faut et sans trop d'originalité.
La piscine sur le toit du bâtiment est toute petite mais existe. Cependant, attention aux horaires : 9h00 - 18h00. La vue à 360°, depuis le roof-top est magnifique.
Je recommande cet hôtel mis à part le personnel qui n'est franchement pas agréable ni sympathique

Torno sempre con piacere in questo hotel . A quattro passi dalla famosa via pedonale con il caratteristico tram. Vista mozzafiato sulla città. ottimo il ristorante all’ultimo piano. Buona colazione internazionale

The location is quite good, with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was also pretty good for the price paid!
