I checked in at night. Room looked nice. Toilet small. But main issue happened when I turned off light. Suddenly I realised there are some bugs in the bed. Not just one, 4-5 bugs. They changed my room. Other room was better. But in the morning, there were no water supply at all. I was so shocked. They did not give even a bottle of water in the room. But i must say the person in the reception, he was very polite. He changed the room, and i booked the room for 2 days. He helped us to check out as it was impossible for me to stay there another night. He gave me money back for the other night and understood my situation. If you are health conscious, this hotel is not for you.

Hotel rooms recently renovated, everything is new. Very Good value for the price paid. Would definitely stay here again.

Small Rooms, but everything you need. Good location to all the sights. The Staff take care of you.

I didn't like the hotel at all. We lived in the basement, where it smelled like a public toilet. The cleaning lady is terrible, fire her already. Everything is dirty, the dishes are dirty. The location of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The only plus is the specialist at the reception. He speaks Russian.

We stayed for one night, checked in fairly quickly, and the reception staff spoke Russian.

At the reception, a young man named Elchin speaks many languages, including Russian, and is very attentive; he will tell you everything, he will help, he answers all questions. The room was clean every day, bed linen and towels were changed perfectly. We really enjoyed.

Very pleasant trip

It was close to center but the facilities are so old , was not worth the money we paid honestly and no breakfast despite the ad saying breakfast

We only stayed one night, but we had a great time in this hotel. good value for money, well located and very friendly and attentive staff. from the hotel, you can walk anywhere in old Istanbul. A good choice, no doubt. There is no restaurant or cafeteria, but there are countless options for eating very close

The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of major attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaks several languages, including Russian, and is happy to assist with any questions you may have.

I do not recommend this hotel. In a very inconvenient location. Very steep climb to the sights. By the time you climb up, you will get tired. Very noisy in the area around the hotel. There is absolutely no soundproofing. You can hear everything that is happening in the neighboring rooms. It was impossible to sleep at all. Every night is torture. Because of the steep climb / descent, I did not want to return to the hotel during the day. The rooms are very dirty. Dust everywhere. We had to wash the shower stall ourselves. We bought detergent in the store. The only plus is the hotel staff and you can walk to Sultan Ahmet. There are many different cafes nearby. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

In principle, a pretty nice hotel, but very neglected. The toilet seat is broken, the tiles at the threshold of the bathroom are broken, mold from the tile joints in the shower is not washed off, the mattress is uncomfortable, the bed is too short for a person for 185, even the TV was skewed because of the bracket, but we fixed it. There is no soundproofing, especially again in the bathroom. The good news is the location, the friendly but unobtrusive (very valuable in Turkey) staff. Overall, it matches its price.
