The hotel is good, logistics opportunities are +/- 20 minutes from the metro, bus routes are nearby, on foot you can easily walk to the heart of Istanbul - Hagia Sophia, as well as the Basilica Cistern and other equally important sights. There are a lot of shops around, a SIM card can be purchased just around the corner, currency exchange is a street below. The only thing about the hotel itself is the absence of porridge for breakfast, but in general you can eat before lunch, the rooms are already somewhat old, but everything looks pretty cheerful, cleaning and changing towels every day.

I stayed there for two weeks with my wife and 5 children. We were provided with everything we needed. The place was clean, the breakfast was elaborate and the staff was very helpful and kind. I believe the location to have been the best thing because we were close to every touristic place, the Hagia Sophia and the Sultanahmet mosque were like a 10 minute walk and the Grand Bazaar was even closer. The tram was a 4 minute walk away. It exceeded all of my expectations and for a very affordable price. I will certainly stay there next time as well.

Me and my husband visited Istanbul and stayed at the MAY HOTEL! where we could share with very nice people! The hotel has a very efficient staff! Mr. Suleyman Demir from the reception very friendly and Mr. Ahmet from the restaurant very efficient! the other people very attentive the same!! Mike and I (Ruth) recommend this place!!

very good hotel, great staff. everything was wonderful. Delicious breakfast , clean rooms. Sulejman one of the staff helps us with various tours in Istanbul. PS: Sulejman can see the future in the coffee cup ( turkish tradition) I suggest you to get to know another side of Turkish culture.

Satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Very nice staff and attentive to the needs of the customer. Very clean place. Clean room and made every day. Impeccable bedding, the room is heated .... hot water and practical cabin for shower. a bit noisy outside but not too bothersome. I recommend this hotel, I stayed there for 15 days.
