CVK Taksim Hotel Istanbul Reviews

We have stayed at this hotel twice and booked the room again, but unfortunately we couldn't stay, need to go back for the emergency. even though we have written to them that there is an emergency and we couldn't stay, they refused to cancel the booking. well, we need to choose another hotel next time. 

Wonderful hotel in a good location. I would like to thank the following staff members Yasin, Ilyas Eyup and Ilayda. They were welcoming, kind and always there to help.

The hotel had bad service and between our switching rooms and checkout things were stolen

Very bad management they didn’t give me my booking and they didn’t assist me with any help and i was left in the middle of night with no room

horrible stay. rudest staff i’ve ever met. accused of us using the minibar charged us the whole minibar. changed our room types without consent. dirty rooms. will never visit again. too expensive for a dirty old hotel.

The hotel is convenient and sanitary, with convenient transportation around it, and the front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic!

The hygiene was terrible. Some rooms had windows, but they were completely blocked by the neighboring hotel, making them feel like basements with absolutely no sunlight. The hotel's only advantage was its excellent location, but I wouldn't go back. If it weren't for Ctrip's help in changing my room, I would have had a very difficult time there.
