The receptionist was rude, and so was the reception manager. On my first day, they gave me a disabled room on the ground floor of an old building with no view; it felt like a prison.

Friendly staff, good location but cleanliness wasn't good and TV wasn't working at check in But receptionist and staff did their best to give me a good experience

Worst location, very dirty rooms. No cleanliness. They ecen didnt have towels. Np proper ligthting in room and bathrooms. Not recomwnded at all for families

Our duplex suite felt just like home. The only issue was that the deposit refund took a very long time after check-out. Other than that, it was fantastic!

The location is very good, near taksim. But the room was smelly and the management didn't do anything to solve this issue

This reservation was made by mistake. We accidentally booked an additional room after already making a reservation for two rooms. We contacted the hotel immediately and asked them not to accept the duplicate reservation and to refund the payment. The hotel agreed to cancel the booking and process the refund. However, I can still see in Trip.com that this reservation has not been canceled. Please check the status of this booking and process the cancellation and refund as agreed with the hotel.

It's the ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Service: Attentive and professional staff who are ready to assist with any needs or recommendations. In Short: This hotel is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking quiet elegance, modern comfort, and easy access to Istanbul's main attractions. Highly recommended for couples and those prioritizing space and relaxation.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was probably really good once, but now everything feels very old and worn out. Dirty windows, dusty walls, very loud air conditioner at night. From the outside, the building looks almost abandoned because it is so dirty. For a hotel that says it’s 5 stars, we were surprised that there were no bathrobes, toothbrushes, or other basic things you normally expect. The location is convenient only because the airport shuttle bus station is nearby. But overall the location is uncomfortable. This part of the city is built on hills, and the hotel is located at the very bottom with no proper sidewalks or pedestrian access. Everywhere you go, you have to walk uphill along roadsides, dirt paths, cars, and trash just to reach basic places nearby. The service definitely does not feel like a 5-star hotel. During all 3 days we did not see the staff even once. Overall, the place just feels neglected.

I stayed, 4 Nights. Breakfast is the same all days, but no single meat hahaha. Like Normal Hotel Turkish Style. One things, Very important. If you bring the car, here have to pay Extra Parking Charges per day (TL 450). My room is Standard room, So I am not on Main Building. Overall Good. Some Receptionist more care to customer which are stayed on Main Building. I feel like that. Maybe because I am asian. Not sure. Clean is very clean like bed sheets are new. Salute to Housekeeping Guys.

The heating system of the hotel had a loud voice and I couldn’t sleep well, although I changed my room once but I faced same problem in another room

Worst hotel with worst service , rooms not clean like 1 star hotel, employees agressive

I was really surprised that this hotel is rated five stars! Honestly, it doesn’t deserve even one star due to the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and old rooms. I definitely won’t come back again.
