We extended our stay at Radisson Residence Avrupa, and the highlight was truly the people. A big thank you to Enes, Anil, and Ilker at reception for their professionalism and warm hospitality — always helpful and welcoming. Special appreciation to Semra at the health and fitness center, who went above and beyond by even arranging a technician to check the pool temperature to ensure guest comfort. Also, Melek from housekeeping was kind, attentive, and very professional. The team here makes all the difference. Highly recommended, and we would gladly return.

If you’re looking for excellent service, friendly staff and favorable location then this is the hotel for you! We had an amazing stay, the surrounding restaurants are fantastic. Grocery and ATM nearby. My son lost his teddy bear, which was erroneously collected by housekeeping in the laundry and the hotel staff did their absolute best to have it returned to us. Thank you so so much for the wonderful hospitality. We even decided to extend an extra 2 nights. Metro is close by. Free shuttle to tourists spots. Gym, sauna and steam room were clean and accessible.
