The location is quite central and easy access to tram ferry and bus stops. The staff are very friendly. There is some construction work happening across the street which carries on into the night.

The hotel is tiny located in small street , the good thing that it’s quiet and very nice and helpful staff ready to help . Water , apples at the reception . Comfortable bed . Breakfast Turkish not buffet

Awesome hotel in the japan area. Very close to the Galata Tower and the bridge that communicates with the anti-fascist area of the city.
The hotel takes care of the guest in detail, the attention was incredible.
The breakfast is rich and freshly made.
The only drawback would be the size of the room, a bit small but I think that is normal in Istanbul.
We will certainly repeat on our next visit to the city.

Вежливый услужливый персонал. Отличные завтраки. Бесплатно чай кофе на ресепшн. Отличное расположение. Не слышно шум от улицы.
Минусы: очень маленькие комнаты. Двери в туалет можно сказать нет. Слышно о чем говорят соседи.

The room we had on 4th floor was nice. The hotel staff are exceptional as they are very friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Special shoutout to Alex who we interacted the most and was always helpful. The rest of the staff were also very warm and helpful. location of the hotel is very good as all attractions (old city) are within walking distance. We walked everywhere.
