The hotel was clean and nice. Food quality was amazing. The location was not so great, no nearby shops and always requires a taxi to go around.

This hotel is really bureaucratic and rude. I made a reservation 3 times because of misunderstanding when I was traveling with my husband. But when I realized that I had placed an order, I tried to cancel it, but there was no response. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we would not return the money we had already taken from our credit account for 3 rooms for 3 nights with 6 breakfasts. Also, we took the money and said with a laugh that it's not my problem if you don't come in. It is 10/-10 if you really appreciate it, it is not service like the actions taken by the employees who are very greedy and have no relationship. Please don't hurt the tourists by your greed anymore

Very nice hotel. Everything was absolutely fine. We asked for the late check out and our request was accepted with a lovely smile.All the staff were great and eager to help. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Istanbul.

I didn't get to have breakfast, but the hotel looked nice. It's located in the textile city and has good transportation access, but I think you could stay in more luxurious hotels for this price. The price seemed a bit high to me.

Overall, it's fine for an overnight stay before or after a flight. The reception staff is unfriendly, but the restaurant staff is very polite. The breakfasts are excellent. The room was poorly lit, and the hallways were completely dark. A robe was provided upon request, but there wasn't one in the room, and the slippers were very uncomfortable. The pool was supposed to be open, but for some reason it wasn't. The sauna and Turkish bath are paid, 10 euros each, which is a bit unreasonable.

I really like this hotel and I try to stay here all the time. Its proximity to the Istoç Trade Center is a big advantage.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

There are bedbugs in the hotel. I stayed for 2 nights. It’s been 10 days now and I still have acne marks and itchiness all over my body. I have nightmares.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.. you can stay with pleasure..

I had to stay here because my flight was overbooked, so I received compensation from Turkish Airlines. The check-in was fast. The room size is perfect, and the beds were comfortable. I tried to call the room service that night for a long time. It is either a busy line, or they pick up and no response from their side. I even hear them talking to each other. I called the front desk, and the person who answered the phone was rude and spoke English poorly. I tried to explain the issue, contacting the room service. His reply was "I'm not room service. Call room service ”. I tried to call room service again, but the call was picked up by another rude employee. He was speaking in an aggressive tone and even hung up the phone while I was talking. After a while, a polite employee took my order. When I received the order, the employee who brought it was carrying the plates, three big plates with a tray and not covered. The food was cold, and the drink was in his pockets. The order came without cutlery, after a while. He came again with the cutlery. The hotel's location is far from the city center and its attractions. For me, I didn't mind that, as my stay wasn't intended to visit Istanbul .

Serenity Comfort Hotel Istanbul Turkish Air put us up here overnight owing to a missed connecting flight. Transfer 25 km from and to the IST airport went smoothly. Hotel seemed empty (except for the two dozen Turkish Air passengers) but breakfast was busy with lots more. Weird experience with our room door: opened fine on check-in but trouble thereafter — we had the key reset of course, but we’re still locked out so the hotel technician needed to “fix the problem”. He arrived with electric drill and tool bag, inspected the door (room 311), tried several different cards. Then he “fixed the problem” by tapping the card, leaning hard on the door handle, then shoving his body against the door to open. “Fixed: you try!” My first few tries were not beefy enough to pop open the door. But when I really shoved my hip against the door it finally opened. Problem solved? Hip sore. Odd that TripAdvisor designated it as 2025 Travelers Choice Award (see photo). It materially altered my hotel experience to visit the TA site and inspect the data on which this designation was based.

I stayed in this hotel with my 2 sons for 3 nights because of the overbooking problem in our Turkish airlines flight to Canada. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and very clean, the service was great. The breakfast was rich and delicious. In the end, the indoor pool was clean and warm; my children had really fun there. My special thanks to Mr Ahmet at the reception, Mr. Hasan at the restaurant and Mr. Murat, the manager; you all were very helpful!

Serenity comfort hotel I came on vacation from Nepal to Istanbul, the hotel’s price is very affordable, the hotel rooms are very clean and the bed comfort of the hotel is very nice, the hotel was very close to the airport in terms of location, the breakfast is quite varied, the spa was very nice, thank you very much for everything, thank you very much to the restaurant manager Murat, especially, he was very interested

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel room was very nice, the design of the rooms was very modern and all the furniture was clean and sparkling, I think it was very comfortable and confidence with very little budget, I think I can say the best phrase for this hotel. The location is a common distance to the airport and old Istanbul, easy to reach everywhere, close to shopping centers, we liked the salt meat restaurant very much, we ate delicious food, thank you Serenity comfort family, hope to come back, go out and come ☺️
