The hotel is new and clean; everything was spotless white and beautiful. There were no unpleasant smells. It’s located near İstiklal Street. It’s very beautiful — I really liked it.

I'm so glad I came, so glad I stayed at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness were admirable. The reception staff, especially Sezgin and Ramazan, were very knowledgeable, respectful, and hospitable. The hotel is right next to Taksim Square and easily accessible by metro. It was a clean hotel. The sheets were clean, the sinks were clean, and even the front of the hotel was spotless compared to other places. Our room was constantly cleaned as per our requests throughout our stay. They offered many treats, especially Turkish coffee. This was my first experience at this hotel, but it won't be my last. Thank you for everything, Santa Rio.

On the last day of our stay we had no water for whole day . It says 4 star hotel, but it's definitely not. Hade lovely view from the window on some garbage hanging on wires. Cleaned ones in four days. Don't bother.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Our room was spotless, and the staff were attentive and helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee were also a nice touch. Its central location makes it easy to walk everywhere.

Hamil Hotel has everything I wanted. I highly recommend it. It is close to the hotel staff, who are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is very beautiful. This is my second visit to the hotel. The service is very excellent. The hospitality is very excellent. The bathroom is very clean. It is cleaned daily. Nice place and worthy of the amount you pay. Just not easy to get in to hotel as the street is small and uneven.

The hotel was wonderful, clean, and at a reasonable price. The staff always asking for room cleaning. It is also close to Taksim Square, just steps away. It is also located on a safe and quiet side street. The staff are wonderful and cooperative. Overall i'm satisfied stay here and sure will repeat again next time.
