Employees were helpful and kind. Hotel rooms and spa were clean. Location was wounderful because of 5 min walking to metro and Havaist stations.

hotel within easy reach of old town and airport. we returned avis car next door in Sheraton complex.

It's a very standard four-star hotel. The bathroom design is a bit unreasonable; water easily splashes outside. Otherwise, it's fine, but the price is a bit high for this standard. I stayed there because I had booked the Turkish bath, and didn't have time to visit other attractions. I probably wouldn't book it again next time. The price-performance ratio is a bit low. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the Turkish bath was very comfortable.
