Service and staff were good, staff are kind to help. Only downside we booked for 1 queen bed but got 2 single beds room instead. Staff promised that they will change it to queen bed the next day but didn’t. But overall service still decent.

Had a great time here. Spent 9 days here and on the first night, when not satisfied with our initial room (due to size), we were upgraded to a larger room with no issue at all Breakfast is ok and staff were always friendly and helpful, and this allowed for a comfortable and pleasant stay

It was a very nice hotel. It was close to the tourist spots and easy to access, but it was inconvenient because you had to climb a hill to get to public transportation.

The hotel is very conveniently located, but it's still a bit of a walk from the metro; it's best to take a taxi. Breakfast is modest, but you won't go hungry.

The service was top-notch. The receptionist was very helpful.

The location is in the old town, and the main attractions are within walking distance. The front desk enthusiastically recommended various tourist projects, and the price was very reasonable. There were many breakfast options. Only one day the room was not cleaned. The advantage is that the price-performance ratio is high, recommended.

The hotel is in the center of the old city. It is more convenient for eating and shopping. The staff is very considerate. We can have some drinks on the rooftop until 1:00 in the morning. When we were outside the hotel, the staff were polite and moved a table for us to sit outside. They also gave us coffee and tea and it was a great experience. 

Stayed here for two nights. Except for the small bathroom in the room, overall it was quiet, comfortable and great. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and professional. You can consult them about travel. The service prices provided are also very reasonable. The hotel's location is very convenient, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to any of the old town attractions. Rich breakfast, good customer service left us a very satisfied impression.
