Stayed another night in Istanbul on the way back home. It's very close to the tram and bus stops.

Clean and well-equipped, great location and atmosphere.

Nice place but the stairs are a bit of a downer. Staff were lovely.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as a family (two adults and two children). We booked a room for four, which was advertised to have one large bed and two single beds. However, upon arrival, we were told that such a room didn't exist and they would add an extra bed, as the room only had one large bed and one single bed. The breakfasts were mediocre, though the hotel staff were very attentive, bringing everything promptly upon request, and maintaining cleanliness. BUT! We felt that this room at this hotel wasn't worth the price, as everything inside the building and in the rooms was old and cracked. For example, the shower head was screwed in with self-tapping screws, and there were no handles in the shower stall at all. However, there were two bathrooms with shower cabins, two rooms, a large entrance hall with a sofa, air conditioning, and a TV. The sea view was certainly beautiful, if you disregard the abandoned building below, but it's lower than the hotel so maybe it's not a big deal. Overall, we liked it, but not for this money.))

Very nice and  quiet location. Access by staircase to only. Not suitable for people with walking issues. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Loop Hotel Bosphorus from [06/14/2024] to [06/16/2024]. Unfortunately, several issues during my stay caused me great inconvenience and disappointment. I find scorpion yes scorpion in the room and thank God my nephew did get beet from it. the staff at the hotel either the manager or supervise they act like nothing normal and the hotel dirty lots of cats with a creep all over and the boils of food it's very disgusting never I will go back there or recommended to anyone. I'm very regrated to reserve that hotel ""it's the Vorse experience in my life"" please see the attachment of the picture.

Great weekend for couples

room small; breakfast was average; location good but you need to be able to use stairs as it is not on main road.

Beautiful hotel and amazing views! The room was spacious, light and airy and the bathroom was nice. Only negative was that the pool was closed and we weren’t told in advance (one of the reasons we chose Loop over others was for the pool). Other than that everyone was very helpful and would recommend!

This hotel has a very poor location, requiring you to climb stairs, making it extremely inconvenient with luggage. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Furthermore, the hotel is incredibly stingy: there was no toilet paper on the first day of your stay, and for the next three days, you had to actively ask the front desk for disposable slippers every day; they weren't provided proactively. One of the female receptionists often refused to provide them, claiming the slippers weren't disposable and could be worn repeatedly. The problem is, they were just ordinary cotton slippers; they got soaked after one shower and couldn't be reused. Even more outrageous, one night we ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for a pack. The next day, the housekeeping staff saw it was still unused and simply took it away—a truly baffling practice. The hotel's cleaning service was also very poor. For example, towels were never changed; they were simply folded and put back. We saw a towel with stains that hadn't been replaced even after several days of our stay. There were also other white guests in the hotel who exhibited discriminatory behavior towards Chinese people. During breakfast, I was watching videos in the restaurant when an elderly white man asked me to turn off the sound, even though the volume of their group's conversation was much louder than the video. Their double standards and excessive behavior were appalling. We stayed during the off-season, and it still cost over a thousand yuan per night, which wasn't cheap. For that price, you could easily find a great chain hotel experience; there was really no need to choose this place. A female receptionist often refused to give them out, claiming the slippers were not disposable and could be worn for a long time. Even more absurd: one night we asked for a pack of toilet paper as we had none, and the next day housekeeping took it away simply because it was still partially unused. This behavior is simply ridiculous. The room cleaning service is also extremely sloppy. For example, towels were never replaced, only refolded and put back. We noticed stains on one towel, yet it remained unchanged for our entire stay. We booked during the off-season, and the rate was over 1,000 RMB per night, which is by no means cheap. At this price point, you can easily find excellent chain hotels with much better service — there is absolutely no reason to choose this one.

The hotel has very good service. If I have to find fault, I can only say that their location is really bad. Whether you go downhill from Taksim Square or uphill by the sea, you have to walk up a lot of stairs to get to their house. But when you are in Istanbul, you have to be prepared to climb stairs all the time. I suggest that friends who come here for the first time should check in at the counter first, and then the hotel staff will be very kind to help carry the luggage. This time we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a very good experience. There is also a luggage storage service when we leave. When we go to pick up the luggage, the service staff helped to use the local taxi app, BITAKSI, to call a taxi, and also helped to carry the luggage to wait for the taxi. I suggest that you can give some encouragement and tips to the service staff. I am very satisfied with this hotel and recommend it to everyone.

Excellent hotel with a view of the Bosphorus. This is our second stay here. Large, clean room. High-quality linens. Shower without drops in water flow. Delicious breakfast. Very close to both Galata Port and Taksim.

The hotel can only be regarded as a distinctive homestay. The infrastructure is acceptable, there is an elevator, and the sanitation of the house basically meets the requirements. The location of the hotel is very good. The room balcony and the hotel's open-air bar face the Bosphorus Bridge, and the scenery is pleasant. The hotel's location is very unique. The entrance is on a small road that is difficult to find. It takes more than a hundred steps to get to the hotel lobby from the small road. It is very inconvenient to enter and exit, and I still feel a little uneasy when I come back too late at night.

The staff was friendly, and they moved my room to an ocean view room far from the noisy lounge. The facilities were clean, and the breakfast was great.
