The Gift Hotel

Really nice hotel in a fantastic location. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and professional. The only thing we would improve is the breakfast as we felt the range and quality was quite poor.

The location is so convenience with subway station, restaurants, and lots of historical places nearby such as Galata Tower . Good breakfast with breathtaking scenery. The service is top notch with good manner .

The staff attitude is great however some one his name Yaukon I think,was roude when I had a comment Any way I would not go again

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless, no issues with the water at all. We had everything we needed, plus free capsule coffee and tea, which was a nice treat after a long day of walking. The breakfasts were tasty, though the variety was a bit limited. Still, it was good, and the breakfast lady was very kind. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes to the subway, 15 to the tram, and 20 to the ferry terminal. The airport is about 1.5 hours away by subway. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Stayed for 4 nights on our first time to Istanbul. Very convenient to access public transportation, restaurants and good cafes. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Fully functioning air conditioning was heaven. Last but not least, when we raised concerns about cigarettes smoke noticeable from the hallway, it was quickly rectified. Thank you for our memorable stay in Istanbul!

This was our first visit here.It was great. Good location,near Galata Tower. Checking in was excellent even though we were early. Breakfast simple but nice.

What a great hotel it was. When you arrive you're greeted by lovely stuff who offer you drinks and coockies and a really quick and easy check in. The rooms are new and super clean they have everything you need from hairdryer to smart tv. Breakfast is on the 6 th floor with wonderful views of Istanbul, while there are not too many options all of the food is good quality the only letdown is that cappuccino machine wasn't working. The location is great because it's close to a metro station and all of the attractions are easily reachible by walking anyway. Reception is always ready to assist you and even organose a tour or book you to a spa which we did. Overall definately better then 95% of hotels in Istanbul on this price range.

Very good hotel, was clean and good service. Nice people, they were very helpful. Perfect location near Galata Tower and Karakoy.
