The location is superb, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast on the terrace of the partner hotel was satisfying. There was also water, the hairdryer had good power, the air conditioning worked well, and there was hot water – I was very pleased! The staff even carried my luggage up the stairs. Thank you very much!

The owner was very nice. It's close to the attractions, which is convenient. However, the taxis parked outside were quite predatory, charging double the metered fare.

It’s a very good hotel , clean and budget friendly

Nice little hotel near Sultanahmet, minutes walk away from the blue mosque. The hotel has no lift but the receptionist carried both our luggages (about 10kg each) at the same time with no issues. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to explore the area much, nor try the breakfast. No top-up kiosks for IstanbulKart nearby, receptionist says the closest is Sultanahmet. If you dont mind climbing the stairs, it's a decent hotel to stay in worth its price. 👍🏻

Great location, and the service was generally very good!

Stayed my last day in Istanbul! I arrived at 0:33 am and the receptionist was very kind. I was travelling around Turkey and I most say that the room comparte to other places was immaculate 😅 shiny floors and toilet! 100pts. When leaving the hotel manager showed me the terrace and Ingot the chance to get and amazing Bosphorus sea view!

The front desk was very helpful. Arrived early morning. They took care of our bags. Our room was spacious. Complete with a good bathroom with hair dryer.

Was ok Booked a room but gave it away so had a wait in the lobby for an hour or so Staff were friendly and helpful I suppose Cleanliness was 5/10

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and daughter, and we all had an extremely pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, and was regularly cleaned by staff. The front-desk staff were by far the best I have met. They would always help with heavy shopping and luggage, always on hand to help with anything, very polite and courteous. Their kindness and warm hosting was much appreciated by myself and my family. Even when I would go on evening walks with my family, they had front desk staff who would politely greet us. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Arven hotel, and would highly recommend to anybody wanting a pleasant hotel stay in Turkey.

The best customer service we had during our 8 nights in Istanbul. Also, a very good price for the area and the size of the room.

I was with my wife. Need a day before flight. I was cheap and we didnt expect something special.
