Rotana properties in Istanbul

Service was good, the staff was cooperative and pleasant. Rooms were clean and reasonable size. Breakfast was good in terms of taste and variety. The building needs to be maintained from the outside, it was dusty with some glass windows broken from the outside. The lift while going up or down to and from 10th floor, had a sqeaky sound. When I opened the shower tap, brown water came out, after a minute the color was normal. My sleep was disturbed at night, as the room walls are really thin and I could hear my neighbors in the next room. It was noisy.

The general hotel, I feel speechless is its entrance, very narrow, low floor height, and the design of the elevator room is very amazing. The hotel room is not bad, the facilities are very comprehensive, the washing machine, the microwave oven are all, the bed is very comfortable. Will not have the urge to go to the second time

Service is the best specially hakim and hassan, Hassan is the top person who understand the customer value and how to handle them. For swimming pool you need a cap to cover your head without that you can't swim and then you have to buy it from them which is 400 TR means £5 so swimming is not free and they don't mansion that in advert

The room is clean and tidy, but the service did not leave a great impression. Arriving with my husband and child, we did not immediately receive a third set of towels and bedding to make a bed for the child (I booked taking into account the fact that the child is with us at once). incredible in the room, but the air conditioner coped with it after about half an hour, and in general, the staff is friendly, polite and tried to provide the maximum after requesting the right to them 😊
