Well located hotel. Good amenities in the room. Clean and airy. Full on air conditioning. Tasty breakfast. Reception staff are friendly and always on call. I really liked it.

This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily.
The bedding was horrible. Hard mattress, pillows and two flat sheets.
It was not the cleanest. The breakfast buffet had flies around the food.
We winded up relocating to another hotel. I asked for a refund for the unused days and I was told by hotel management they would work within ******* to refund my money; however I was told they have not returned their call or email. Very dissatisfied with this hotel experience.

Very good, only two criticisms: 1st, the space between the bed and the TV is a small space to pass through, as the TV panel is well designed, it hinders circulation; and 2nd internet in the rooms DOES NOT exist.
Other than that, it is a great hotel, well located and great value for money, I will definitely return.

This hotel is good, simple coffee with few varieties, but gouty, the room is clean but the blackout curtain doesn't close it properly, the shower is very good, the bathroom as a whole has an extractor fan with a loud noise that is direct, there's no way off and with single mirror. As a suggestion, my wife missed a full length mirror.

Hotel well located, close to the exit from the city via BR101, apar**ents as expected in size, clean, with a beautiful view of Serra do Sambê, a great breakfast with a well served buffet. The difference really lies in the Hotel staff, when I arrived on Friday night (15/03) I was welcomed by the receptionist Leticia (and the housekeeper of course!) who promptly got a crib for the room since I went with my wife and a baby 4 months. The following day, we were attended to several times with great promptness by the receptionist Ramon (really very cordial, polite and didn't know what to do to make our stay as comfortable as possible). At breakfast, the attendants and stockers also asked several times if we wanted anything special for the baby. Everything leads me to believe that the entire team is extremely attentive to the guests...Thank you for everything and good luck!!!

Well located, right at the entrance to the city. Good facilities, only observations: small passage space between the bed and the wall in front, you have to bend over a little to pass between the bed and the TV; and the shower door that opens inwards (perhaps if it were sliding, it would be better), but nothing that would harm the evaluation.
