Todos da recepção sao maravilhosos, porem o hotel estava em reforma e ficamos 2 dias tendo que estacionar na rua e só nos foi informado no segundo dia de estadia. Outro ponto que na ultima noite o ar condicionado do quarto parou e para nao ter que fazer toda troca de quarto na ultima noite nos ofereceram manter as coisas no quarto que ja estavamos e dormir em outro, porem as 7h30 da manha interfonaram em um quarto e quando atendemos desligaram, a arrumadeira no mesmo momento foi no outro batendo no quarto falando que precisava arrumar, afinal iamos sair naquele dia (detalhe que o check-out é as 12hs e nao as 8hs), falamos que ainda estavamos dormindo, ela retornou as 8h00 perguntando se ja tinhamos acordado e ela podia arrumar, falamos que ainda não e proximo das 9h00 ela retornou. Realmente foi uma sensação de expulsao e incomodou muuuuito

Hotel limpo, muito bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom. Excelente custo benefício. A cama e travesseiro ruim, juntaram duas camas de solteiro para fazer um de casal ficando aquele buraco no meio.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo de Shopping e centro gastronômico. Apenas o ar condicionado vazava água dentro do quarto, a pia não foi limpa. O café é servido em sala anexa, não comprometeu a estadia em razão de não estar chovendo, tampouco frio. No café da manhã tinha leite azedo, mas ao ser avisada a funcionária trocou. Apesar do relatado ainda recomendo muito o hotel.

No geral gostei bastante do hotel. Limpeza ótima, atendimento bom! Única coisa que deixou a desejar na minha opinião foi o café, muitas coisas prontas e pouca opção de coisas naturais (empresa terceirizada que prepara o café). De resto, ótimo custo benefício!

Divide as instalações com o prédio, meio hotel e meio comercial. No piso superior estava havendo algum tipo de atividade com muito barulho depois das 23horas. Café da manhã tem que sair pra fora do hotel sendo que o suco era artificial de caju, entre outras coisas. A cama não era de casal, era duas camas de solteiro unidas, terrivel. Não recomendo.

Depois de minha reserva feita e ja paga, cheguei a recepção para fazer o Check In, onde fui muito bem atendido, porém, com uma norma do hotel, em que cobravam separadamente a diaria de R$ 50,00, por animal de estimação.
Fiquei, surpreso, pois, tratava - se de uma reserva já paga, e nao havia sido informado pelo **********.
