Quarto pequeno, sem nenhuma modernidade, banheiro mal estruturado, quando vc toma banho molha tudo, sauna não estava funcionando nem as banheiras de hidromassagem. A TV tinha poucos canais disponíveis, Achei bem ruim levando em consideração o preço da Diária. fora isso o atendimento até é razoável, a equipe é solicita.

Ao chegarmos no quarto logo vimos uma barata, na mesa auxiliar, a roupa de cama , fronhas estavam com aspecto de usadas , nitidamente dava pra vê. infelizmente. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, café da manhã é muito bom, parte de laser muito boa, mas tivemos esse contratempo, reclamamos mas nada foi feito, a não ser tirarem a barata, e detalhe a cama estava com forte de inseticida.

Hotel não corresponde o que está na foto que Hurb mostra,simpatia zero na recepção. Wi-Fi não pega dentro do que chama quarto. Antes de entrar no hotel,fiz contato com a Hurb pedindo o estorno,só que me passaram que vai ser avaliado ainda em 15 dias. Aguardo o retorno da Hurb sobre meu estorno.

Hotel razoável, afastado do centro mas com amplo estacionamento. As condições do quarto e áreas comuns deixam a desejar, o hotel precisa de uma reforma mas tem bom atendimento e muito bom café da manhã.
