A hot spring hotel that still charges a 1200 yen hot spring tax, and luggage can only be stored until 11 AM. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation at a hotel, and I feel the service isn't quite up to par.

I chose this hotel primarily for its location and the fact that there aren't many Chinese guests, which was perfect. The overall environment is great, and the staff always greeted us warmly. The hot springs were very comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. It's a fantastic place for a vacation.

This is a very old hotel with dated facilities and an old-fashioned Japanese layout. Despite this, it's quite popular with Japanese guests, especially elderly Japanese who choose it for their holidays. The hotel has many rooms and is incredibly quiet. During my stay, there were also two local study camps present. While the hotel advertises a scheduled shuttle service to the station, in practice, you need to book and confirm with the front desk in advance, as the vehicle is small and can easily get full.

Though it's an older hotel, the cleanliness was astonishingly good – absolutely spotless! The hot spring baths were also impeccably clean. Despite the staff being a bit older, they were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. It rained for the first 2 days so our moods were kind of dampened by the gloomy weather. Finally the 3rd day was quite sunny and we were thinking of leaving our luggages at the hotel tentatively after checkout while we go sightseeing around for a few hours but the hotel staff told us it was not allowed. So we had to leave Ito for Tokyo as our luggages were too big sized for the coin lockers at the lto train station. Also the hotel shuttle service is only for the period between 9 am to 1030 am at half hr interval.

Convenient location, about a 20-minute walk from Ito Station. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to Ito Station. The dinner was very generous.

The room was decent, and they offered complimentary coffee and beverages. Breakfast was good. The surrounding area was a bit quiet, but transportation was convenient. The hotel's shuttle bus was quite small. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street. The hot spring was excellent! They cleaned the room and changed the bedding daily, which was a big plus. There was also a Chinese-speaking girl at the front desk, which made communication easy.

The location is not too close to the station, need a around 10-mins walk. The onsen is good. The staff are nice and helpful. Generally a very traditional Japanese hotel with tatami.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioning is quite noisy, but it's still good value for money. The grilled fish and dried fish at breakfast were both really tasty.
