A wonderful summer vacation memory at this onsen ryokan, I'd love to visit again! The ryokan has a classic Showa-era charm. It's a bit old but very well-maintained. With an outdoor pool, a kids' play area, and an onsen bath, it's a must-experience if you're in Ito! The location is about 800 meters from Ito Station, which is a bit of a walk but acceptable. You can call the hotel to book a shuttle bus (requires English or Japanese). The breakfast is average but gets the job done. The lobby on the top floor offers a fantastic view of the fireworks display – definitely worth it! It's also convenient for visiting Omuroyama and Jogasaki Coast; just check the bus schedules in advance. If you have time, you could even pop over to Atami!

The room was pretty standard, nothing special, with no view. It was a Japanese-style room, and the futons were already laid out when we arrived in the evening. Downstairs, there were plenty of yukata to choose from, and the onsen was decent with an outdoor bath. The breakfast buffet was great (I was so happy!), with a good variety of dishes for a Japanese hotel – even picky eaters or those with dietary restrictions would find something they like. There was a ********* guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese; he was very friendly and provided excellent service. If I had to pick one downside, it would be that the hotel is a bit far from the station, about a ten-minute walk.

The hot spring is great! The breakfast is good too! It's an old, established inn.

The service was excellent; they patiently explained all the facilities and even escorted me to the elevator. Even though it was a public holiday and quite busy, the service was absolutely top-notch.

A hot spring hotel that still charges a 1200 yen hot spring tax, and luggage can only be stored until 11 AM. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation at a hotel, and I feel the service isn't quite up to par.

Hotel is a bus ride or 20 min walk to ito station. Hotel shuttle only ferry guest to station from 9 to 1pm. Not from station to hotel. So the location is inconvenient

Exceeded expectations! The room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious and popular with the locals. Great value for money. It's about a 10-minute walk from Ito Station, and the shower in the onsen doesn't have continuous water flow, so you have to keep pressing the button, which was a minor inconvenience. However, these didn't significantly impact my stay.

I chose this hotel primarily for its location and the fact that there aren't many Chinese guests, which was perfect. The overall environment is great, and the staff always greeted us warmly. The hot springs were very comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. It's a fantastic place for a vacation.

Ito is a tranquil Japanese seaside town, and I absolutely loved it! The hotel is conveniently located near Ito Station, less than a 10-minute walk away, right by the main road. You can also catch a bus to Jogasaki Coast from there. The room was a Japanese-style tatami room, clean and tidy. In the evenings, you can enjoy the hot springs, and the hotel even offers complimentary coffee and other beverages. The breakfast was quite substantial. I highly recommend it!

This is a very old hotel with dated facilities and an old-fashioned Japanese layout. Despite this, it's quite popular with Japanese guests, especially elderly Japanese who choose it for their holidays. The hotel has many rooms and is incredibly quiet. During my stay, there were also two local study camps present. While the hotel advertises a scheduled shuttle service to the station, in practice, you need to book and confirm with the front desk in advance, as the vehicle is small and can easily get full.

This hotel is great, a very standard Japanese onsen hotel. The tatami room was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

Though it's an older hotel, the cleanliness was astonishingly good – absolutely spotless! The hot spring baths were also impeccably clean. Despite the staff being a bit older, they were incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. It rained for the first 2 days so our moods were kind of dampened by the gloomy weather. Finally the 3rd day was quite sunny and we were thinking of leaving our luggages at the hotel tentatively after checkout while we go sightseeing around for a few hours but the hotel staff told us it was not allowed. So we had to leave Ito for Tokyo as our luggages were too big sized for the coin lockers at the lto train station. Also the hotel shuttle service is only for the period between 9 am to 1030 am at half hr interval.
