This hotel offers stunning mountain and ocean views, with Izu's sea visible from both the lobby and guest rooms. Perched on a hillside, and given Izu's somewhat inconvenient transportation, I recommend taking the hotel's shuttle bus from Izu-Kogen Station (be sure to check the schedule as services are infrequent). Despite Izu's overall public transport challenges, the hotel's location is quite convenient, being a short ten-minute taxi ride from both Mount Omuro and Jogasaki Coast. I highly suggest booking a package that includes meals, otherwise, you might struggle to find dinner as shops close early in the evening.

A fancy hotel that combines traditional and modern. I do enjoyed the meals. Staff were very attentive. The only thing is that the room door was not that sound proof. I was woke up by the noise in the corridor in the morning.

Stepping into the hotel was such a pleasant surprise! It felt like entering a Southeast Asian resort. Facing the endless ocean, my mood immediately relaxed. The service was also excellent; staff escorted us to our room and meticulously explained how everything worked. For dinner, since my daughter doesn't eat seafood and there wasn't an à la carte menu, the hotel specially prepared Udon noodles and Western dishes for her – we were so grateful! In the evening, lying quietly by the pool, gazing at the stars and moon with my favorite music playing in my headphones – this is what life is all about! I'd love to come back and stay a few more nights if I get the chance.

This hotel is great! The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. We asked to store our luggage both when we arrived and when we checked out, and they immediately took care of it, which was really convenient. For the price, it offers good value for money. Breakfast was great, but dinner was a bit disappointing. All of us got rooms on the third floor with good views. The individual matcha mochi was delicious. Having the private onsen bath to ourselves was a nice touch. I'd definitely come back, but I wouldn't book dinner next time. The hotel's afternoon sake with wasabi scallops was really good; it's a shame I forgot to buy some before leaving.

Great hospitality. Dinner quantity may be not enough for a male and those who are hungry though there was a late night noodle. That's was very warm and considerate. There're 2 lounge, one for premium customers but I found others were using the premium lounge. In gist, I had a great stay and will recommend to friends.

Beautiful hotel in a relatively good location with a short taxi ride from Izu-Kogen station if you don't want to wait for the hotel transfer. Also a short taxi ride to Mount Omuro and Jugasaki coastline. Book the premier room to have in room onsen facility and access to premier lounge. Don't forget the night supper Dan Dan noodle

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Izu Kogen. Shuttles to the station depart hourly starting at 9:30 AM, and pickups from the station start at 2:30 PM, also hourly. No reservations are needed, so just show up a bit early to catch it. The hotel's location is decent. It's not right on the beachfront, but it's situated on higher ground, offering views of the distant mountains and sea. However, visibility might be poor on cloudy days. The private indoor onsen is fantastic. They also provide free self-service washing machines and dryers, which is a huge plus for travelers needing to do laundry – super convenient! The breakfast buffet is pretty standard and doesn't change much. They start ushering guests out promptly at 9:30 AM. We had two different dinners; one was delicious, the other was just okay. In the afternoon, there are complimentary snacks, drinks, and even ice-cold beer, which was light, refreshing, and really hit the spot. Overall, it's a good accommodation option in the Izu Kogen area. BTW, if you have some extra time while waiting for your train at Izu Kogen Station, there's a Teddy Bear Factory nearby worth checking out, with lots of adorable bears. During our stay, there was also a Totoro exhibition with a workshop where you could make your own Totoro!

To sum it up, the value for money here is pretty good. I stayed solo for two nights, costing around 3000, which included two meals. The location is quite convenient too, about a 5-minute drive from Izu Kogen Station, and they have a shuttle service to the hotel every afternoon. The hotel's hot spring ♨️ is incredibly comfortable, and there's an outdoor one too. The kaiseki dinner was absolutely delicious, especially the Kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) and wasabi rice. Izu is also beautiful, making our stay here very enjoyable.

We booked a one-night stay with two meals, and the menu changed daily with a great variety of dishes. You absolutely have to try the Dan Dan noodles for a late-night snack! After a relaxing hot spring bath, you can enjoy a drink at the bar, which offers a wide selection of whiskies, champagnes, and more. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and both the indoor and outdoor hot spring waters are excellent. The hotel provides a free shuttle service, but the last shuttle from Izu Kogen Station is at 4:30 PM. However, taxis are readily available and cost around 1200 JPY, which is quite convenient. The service, as always, was excellent. My only minor complaint is that requesting a specific room type in advance didn't seem to matter, as rooms are apparently pre-assigned.

Dear General Manager, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by your restaurant staff during my recent stay on 16-17 June 2026. I originally booked a room with breakfast and dinner through Trip.com, indicating 2 adults and 1 child (age 8). Although I noticed that your hotel website offers a kids' menu, the booking platform did not have an option to select it, and I wasn't aware of this at the time of booking. I therefore assumed that the hotel would automatically provide the kids' dinner menu for my daughter. However, when we arrived for dinner tonight, the staff informed me that we had been booked for three adult set meals, which came as quite a surprise. I immediately worried that my daughter would have nothing to eat and that we might have to go out to buy her dinner. Fortunately, your staff member, Mr. 坂田went above and beyond to communicate internally on our behalf. With his manager's approval, he was able to arrange the kids' menu for my daughter as a special accommodation. This truly saved our evening! I truly appreciate how professional, flexible, and helpful your team is. I fully understand that this was not the hotel's fault, yet your staff still went out of their way to resolve the issue and provide excellent service from the heart.
